烯丙基

The epoxidation of of various olefins was carried out using LDH-F with Mg/Al=5 as the catalyst and H2O2 and benzonitrile as the oxidants. This catalytic system has excellent catalytic activity. The conversion and selectivity are both above 95% when using styrene, indene, allyl alcohol, and allyl chloride as the substrates.

以Mg/Al=5的LDH-F为催化剂，H2O2和苯甲腈为氧化剂对不同官能团化烯烃进行环氧化反应，结果表明，此催化体系具有良好的催化性能，在苯乙烯、茚、丙烯醇和烯丙基氯环氧化反应中转化率和选择性均在95%以上。

The results of AD reactions are as follows:(1) When the AD reaction of eight olefins was performed at 0.5mo1% OsO〓 and 2mol% ligand 8 in PEG/NMO system, the diols were obtained in 78～90% yields and 78～96% ees (except for trans-5-decene and ally naphthyl ether).

催化结果如下：(1)在PEG/NMO体系中，将配体8用于八种烯烃的AD反应，配体、OsO〓和底物的摩尔比为0.02/0.005/1时，化学产率为78～90％，除反式-5-癸烯和萘基烯丙基醚较低外，其它六种烯烃的相应二醇产物的ee值为78～96％。

Allyl starch was prepared by etherification pretreatment of introducing allyl groups onto starch, and then AS-g-PMA was synthesized through graft copolymerization between allyl starch and methyl acrylate. The adhesion to fibers, sizing film and sizing performance of the blended size composed of AS-g-PMA and PVA-1799 were investigated. And the possibility by using AS-g-PMA to substitute PVA component was studied by contrast experiments.

RESULTS: Expression of iNOS proteins was seen on day 1 following the control stent implanting, developed on day 3, peaked on day 10 and lasted till day 28. iNOS expressions at all time points in diallyl trisulfide coated stent group were higher than those in control stent group. Compared with normal blood vessel tissue, the NO production after stenting decreased on day 1, increased on day 3, maximized on day 10, went down to its pre????stenting level on day 28. At all time points, NO levels in allitridi????stented sites were higher than those in control????

结果： 对照支架组术后1 d血管壁中有少量iNOS蛋白表达，3 d表达增加，10 d达高峰，28 d时仍有表达，二烯丙基三硫化物涂层支架组iNOS蛋白在各时间点的表达量均高于对照支架组；对照支架组术后1 d时NO生成量低于正常组织，3 d时NO水平升高，10 d时最高，28 d时降至基线水平，二烯丙基三硫化物涂层支架组各时间点的NO水平明显高于对照支架组。

Stented sites. CONCLUSION: Diallyl trisulfide coated stent could significantly enhance the iNOS expression and NO production, which may play an important role in inhibiting neoin????timal hyperplasia.
