It was indicated the products could widely used in the condition of weak acid or neutral, while they were not stable to heat and light, so they should be used without light and at low temperature. The products had a strong ability to withstand ultraviolet ray. They could easily be oxidized and degraded by oxidant while they were not easily affected by reducing agent and were almost not affected by additive agents. The extract from the stem of sanguisorba was analyzed by UV and FTIR, showing that the structures of the active components were not changed during ultrasonic wave extracting.
