Base on the deeply survey of the researching status at home and abroad and according to the engineering-oriented temperature measuring requirements, this thesis describes the development of the temperature on-line monitoring system for high voltage switchgear base on IR thermopile sensor.

本文在深入调研国内外研究现状的基础上，针对工程测温要求，研制了基于红外热电堆传感器的高压开关柜温度在线监测系统。

Based on these simulation results ,specify the distance between the pads and the CPWis 150μm ,the number of the thermocouple is 50 ,the distance between the CPWand the thermo2pile is 50μm. GaAs and Au are chosen as arms of the thermopile ,and TaN as the terminal resistor.

根据这些模拟结果，传感器中接触垫与共面波导之间的渐进区长度设计为150μm ，热电偶的对数设计为50 对，热电堆与CPW之间的距离设计为50μm ，并选择了GaAs 和Au 作为热电偶的两臂，TaN 作终端电阻。

When resistively heated at 1.5V the experimental results show the pressure sensing ranges from 0.1Pa to l0^5Pa with a thermopile output of 26mV to 50mV, and a response time around 1.4ms.

结果表明，在加热器1.5V恒压驱动条件下，器件的气压敏感范围为0.1Pa~10^5Pa，此时热电堆输出电压范围为26mV~50mV，最大响应时间预计为1.4ms。
