The theories of mineralization system, geochemistry, submarine hydrothermal fluids eruption deposit lithogenesis and mineralization were used to study the characters of geology and typical deposits of Erlangping Group in East Qinling Orogenic Belt and the raltion between them was dicussed in the thesis.

运用成矿系统、造山带地球化学和海底热液喷流沉积成岩成矿等理论方法，对东秦岭二郎坪群地质特征和典型矿床进行了研究，进而探讨了二者之间的关系。

It is well known that the large lattice mismatch (16%) and thermal expansion coefficient mismatch between GaN and sapphire substrate are the main origins of TDs. By new growing technique of LEO, we acquired high quality GaN films almost free of TDs. The stress characteristics in GaN films with MLTB growing technique is dependent on growing systems and conditions, and the changes of stress and dislocation density are rightabout; Combining buffer layers of high temperature and low temperature is first developed to growing GaN films with low dislocation density, and the mechanism of lowering TDs density is that the first buffer layer of high temperature can make nuclear in second buffer layer of low temperature bigger. This technique also can restrain yellow luminescence effectively.

众所周知，晶格失配和热应力失配是GaN异质外延中位错产生的主要原因；为此，我们对几种降低缺陷的MOCVD外延生长方法进行了新的尝试，其中尝试了侧向外延生长技术，得到了低位错密度（小于10〓/cm〓）、高质量的GaN外延层；尝试多低温缓冲层法，发现材料中的应力特性与生长系统和生长条件有关，材料中的应力与位错密度按相反方向变化；首次尝试高低温联合缓冲层法，材料中高温缓冲层可以使随后的低温缓冲层中成核颗粒增大，从而导致随后高温GaN外延膜中位错密度降低，并且能够有效地抑制黄光峰。

Mineralogic characteristics of quartz of this gold deposit, such as REE, fluid inclusion, chemical composition, unit cell parameter, infrared absorption spectrum and thermoluminescent effect, were studied systematically in this article,and some valuable information of genetic and prospecting criteria are concluded.

本文较系统地研究了该金矿床石英的稀土元素、包裹体测温、化学成分、晶胞参数、红外吸收光谱及热发光效应等矿物学特征，总结出了有重要参考价值的成因信息和找矿标志。认为康古尔金矿床主要系中深成中低温热液成因，成矿物质具深源性，直接来自围岩火山岩。

A high-resolution Differerntial Thermal Analysis apparatus was used to sinter the mixture of Mg and B powder and monitor the reaction process. Based on the classical sintering theory and multiple scan kinetic analysis method, the formation process and mechanism of polycrystalline MgB2 during in-situ sintering process were systemticlly investigated and the optimal sintering process was determined.

上述研究包含的主要内容和获得的结论有：利用高精度差热分析仪对Mg粉和B粉的混合试样进行烧结处理并同步监控其反应进程，在实验分析的基础上，结合经典烧结理论和多重扫描动力学分析方法，系统研究了原位烧结制备过程中多晶MgB2相的形成过程及成相机理，并确定了最佳烧结工艺。

The concise control scheme and particular control algorithms employed are illustrated in detail, which mainly include pressure piecewise control for heat pump group and the low-point selection control for heat pump actuator, the pressure piecewise control for low-temperature dryer of Wet paper sheet, the pressure split control for the secondary steam recovery of oven and the cascade control for paper sheet moisture.
