The several kinds of Ag-NiFe2O4 cermets with different mass percent of Ag have prepared. Microstructural changes were observed by scanning electronic microscope and composition was determined with x-ray detector. Effect of different content of Ag on the density, property of thermal shock,conductivity and corrodent rate were tested. The results showed that the thermal shock performance and conductivity have improved in company with the addition of content of Ag.

制备了不同金属Ag含量的Ag-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷，利用扫描电子显微镜观察显微组织，由X射线衍射分析化学成分，研究了Ag的添加量对其体积密度、气孔率、热震性、导电率以及腐蚀速率的影响，试验结果表明，抗热震性和导电能力随着Ag含量的增加而增强，导电率的提高和腐蚀率的增大仍是一对突出的矛盾。

Methods Peritoneal macrophages of guinea pigs were infected in vitro by three different Leptospira strains, the virulent Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai type strain Lai, the avirulent L. interrogans serovar Lai type strain IPAV, and the nonpathogenic L. biflexa serovar Patoc type strain PatocⅠ, respectively, and heat inactivated Staphylococcus epidermidis was added 0.5, 1.5, 3 and 6 h after infection and incubated for 30 min. The effect of Leptospira on the phagocytosis of macrophage was evaluated by the inactivated Staphylococcus epidermidis phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index. Phagocytosis and ultrastructure of peritoneal macrophages were observed by transmission electron microscopy 3 h after infection, and changes of cytoskeleton of the macrophages were observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy.

It can be combined with estrogen receptor and improve the synthesis of cellular sex hormone binding glulobin, and improve the activity of UDP-glucuronyl transferase. Through these pathways, it can inhibit the cell activity of breast cancer and prostate cancer.

Their thermotropic phase behavior was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and POM. It was found that T(subscript S-N) w and T(subscript N-I), of PMMAZO was slightly increased with the increased of the mass ratio of liquid crystal block segments. PEO and PMMA block affected the liquid cystal behavior of PMMAZO. Meanwhile, PMMA and PMMAZO obviously influenced the crystals property of PEO segments3 which was decreased as the increase of molecular weight of PMMA and PMMAZO segments.

Also, it discusses the microscopic structural transformation back and forth ageing and the effects on hardness change of overlaying metal by some alloying elements including C, Cr, V, W, Mo, Ni, Mn, B, Re through OM, SEM and X-ray diffraction analyses. Finally the abrasive resistance, red hardness, thermal fatigue property and anti-high temperature oxidability are investigated in experimentation.
