In the study of microwave sintering of BaTiO〓 PTC ceramics, when the applied microwave power are above than a certain value, the abnormal axial shrinkage of the sintered sample will occur, by the analysis of SEM and XRD, it is found the microstructure and phase are different with conventionally sintered sample, the reason for this phenomenon is due to orientational grain growth by the action of electric field in the microwave sintering process.

微波烧结BaTiO〓电子陶瓷时，当所加的微波功率超过一定值时，首次发现烧结样品出现轴向异常收缩现象，采用SEM、XRD等分析发现其微观结构与常规烧结有巨大的差异，这是BaTiO〓材料的晶粒在微波场中受电场力作用而发生的取向生长造成的。

Due to the loss of O and Si at reducing atmosphere, the amount of intergranular phase is lower than that of the sintering additives.

研究发现，由于烧结助剂中的O和Si在烧结过程还原气氛下的损失，使得烧结体中晶界相的含量明显低于烧结助剂的加入量。

The results show that high energy ball milling refines and homogenizes the mixed powders, accelerates the sintering process, and with the increase of milling time, the grain is finer and the alloy is denser. HIP and forging is beneficial to decrease or remove the pole formed during the sinter course, and as the last process, forging breaks the junctions between TiC particles, the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy are improved.

研究结果表明：高能球磨使粉末细化和成分均匀化，促进烧结进程，随球磨时间的延长，合金组织细化且致密；热等静压和锻造工艺可进一步减小和消除合金中烧结后残留的孔洞等缺陷；锻造作为最后工艺，可使TiC颗粒之间的连接破碎，促使硬质相颗粒弥散分布，从而改善烧结组织，提高合金的致密性及力学性能。

As a result, some ideas about the fabrication are put forward.The EPMA experiment results show that the main element such as W, Mo, Ti, Ni, Cu, Fe element are changed gradually in W-Mo and W-Mo-Ti FGM. In the layer rich in W, the grain are intervained and are mixed mechanismly. The same is to the layer rich in Mo and W-Mo. These grain felt up by some sinter. In Mo-Ti layer rich in Mo, the grains are also mixed mechanismly. Ni, Cu, Fe element assembled at interface. Ni melt by Cu plays an vital role in sinter effect. The microstructure characteristics result show that the compactness of W-Mo and W-Mo-Ti FGM is good.

电子探针实验结果表明W-Mo系、W-Mo-Ti系梯度功能材料中主要元素W、Mo、Ti、Ni、Fe、Cu分布整体上具有梯度变化规律，发现富W区、富Mo区、W-Mo混合区中颗粒交错分布，基本上以机械混合的形式存在，颗粒之间主要靠烧结剂的粘结作用实现致密化；以Mo为主要组分的Mo-Ti混合区，也是以机械混合的形式存在；Cu溶解于Ni形成固溶体更好地起到活化烧结能力，Ni、Cu、Fe在宏观层间界面富集，有利于烧结致密化。

Test separately to raw materials grain size , raw materials matching , frit such craft parameters as temperature , time of fritting ,etc.

试验分别对原料粒度、原料配比、烧结温度、烧结时间等工艺参数进行优化，得出制备抗菌吸附颗粒制备的最佳条件：当原料粒度为320目，分别加入总质量7%的废玻璃粉和粘土，加入0.5%的硝酸钠做助熔剂，以硅胶溶液造粒，450度烧结1.5小时可以获得吸附抗菌效果最佳的陶瓷颗粒。
