烧结

Temperature field in the sinter process of magnetic ferrite was numerically simulated by using finite element method. Temperature distribution of workpiece during the sinter process is concluded, where it indicates different sinter stage and different diathermanous mode. Also critical temperature is gained, it differentiates between low temperature stage mainly with convection and high temperature stage mainly with radiation.

利用有限元分析法对永磁铁氧体材料烧结过程温度场进行了数值模拟研究，得出铁氧体磁瓦在烧结过程的不同传热方式下、不同烧结阶段的温度分布规律，得出了烧结过程对流传热为主的低温阶段与辐射传热为主的高温阶段的分界温度。

Results show that at 500℃ polycarbsilanedecomposed into noncrystallized SiC and free caron and impurities which hinder the densificationof the composite are also found during the above decomposition process, with the increase ofheating temperature, the noncrystallized SiC can be transformed into β-SiC.

一般传统的制备方法是，向C和SIC粉末中添加烧结助剂B，B；，A12O；；AIN等球磨混合，采用粉末冶金热压烧结；尽管采取了一些特殊的工艺手段和添加烧结助剂的方法，但该材料须在高于2000t时烧结且致密化效果较差［'1。

Through the analysis and research of the properties of TiC-base metal ceramics by using vacuum sintering and underpressure sintering technologies, the obvious dominance of the underpressure sintering technology is confirmed, which can increase the compressive strength, hardness and the cutting property of TiC-base metal ceramics.

通过对TiC基金属陶瓷在真空烧结及低压烧结工艺下性能的对比研究，确定了低压烧结在TiC基金属陶瓷烧结工艺中的明显优势。

The results show that insufflating 10～20mL MgCI2 Solution of 1.0 %～3.5% concentrations to 500g sinter can reduce the RDI of the sinter observably and have no influence on RI, and the integrative best effect of MgCI2 Solution is that the concentration is 2.5%, the amount of insufflations is 10mL and the RDI of the sinter is reduced from 36% to 4.4%.

结果表明：每500g烧结矿喷洒10～20mL浓度为1.0%～3.5%的MgCI2溶液，能显著降低烧结矿的RDI，且还原度不受影响，以500g烧结矿喷洒浓度为2.5%的MgCI2溶液10mL综合效果最佳，可使烧结矿的RDI从36%降至4.4%。

A high-resolution Differerntial Thermal Analysis apparatus was used to sinter the mixture of Mg and B powder and monitor the reaction process. Based on the classical sintering theory and multiple scan kinetic analysis method, the formation process and mechanism of polycrystalline MgB2 during in-situ sintering process were systemticlly investigated and the optimal sintering process was determined.

上述研究包含的主要内容和获得的结论有：利用高精度差热分析仪对Mg粉和B粉的混合试样进行烧结处理并同步监控其反应进程，在实验分析的基础上，结合经典烧结理论和多重扫描动力学分析方法，系统研究了原位烧结制备过程中多晶MgB2相的形成过程及成相机理，并确定了最佳烧结工艺。

The muffle kiln was used in the small scale experiment of sintering, and the atomic-absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the contents of heavy metals in the samples. This study investigated the migration characteristics of 6 heavy metals in the sintering process of MSWI fly ash, and analyzed the influence of temperature, residence time, modeling pressure, additive and etc. onto the migration characteristics of heavy metals.

首先，采用高温箱式电炉对垃圾焚烧飞灰进行了小型烧结实验，使用原子吸收光谱仪对烧结前后样品中重金属含量进行测试，考察飞灰烧结过程中6种重金属(Cd、Pb、Cu、Ni、Cr和Zn)的迁移情况，并分析烧结温度、时间、成型压力、添加剂等因素对各种重金属迁移特性的影响。

CaO and kaolin were mixed with SiO_2 and then sintered according to /[SiO_2] mole ratio 1 or 2,respectively.The components and reaction rates of the sinters were detected and then leached in NaOH Na_2CO_3 NaAlO_2 solutions to know the reaction properties.

At moderate temperature, a fine microstructure with moderate porosity and well-necked particles has been formed, and the electrode gave the lowest polarization resistance.

考察了电极材料与电解质材料在高温时的化学相容性；研究了烧结温度对电极的微观形貌及电化学性能的影响，结果表明，烧结温度过高或过低都会导致电极极化面电阻的增加，当电极的烧结温度适中时，电极表面粒子有一定的烧结连接，并且有一定的多孔结构，电极的极化面电阻达到最小值。
