After the adding amount of reinforced elements is determined, the effect of the basic elements of matrix on its comprehensive performance is studied. The results show that while wc content is 15%. Fe/Ni 1: 1, 663-Cu etc 50%, Sintering temperature 920℃, temperature kept time 1. 5 mintues, matrix comprehensive preformance is best.

尽管金刚石表面镀膜隔绝了铁族元素对金刚石的侵蚀和提高了胎体对金刚石的粘结强度，但以Fe代Co还存在胎体的综合机械性能等问题，本文试着从材料学的强化理论出发确定了微量元素的添加量之后，用正交试验设计方法研究了胎体的基本组元WC、Fe/Ni、663—Cu的加入量及烧结工艺对胎体综合机械性能的影响，得出在WC15%，Fe/Ni1：1，663—Cu等其它为50%，烧结温度920℃，保温时间为1.5分时胎体的综合机械性能最优。
