The status of carbon metabolism and the harmony with nitrogen metabolism in Flue-cure tobacco correlate to the content of carbohydrate and nitrogenous compounds in Flue-cure tobacco leaf, therefore influencing greatly the production and quality of tobacco leaf.

烟株的碳氮代谢的强弱和协调状况与烟叶的碳水化合物含量及含氮化合物含量关系密切，从而对烟叶产量和品质产生重大影响。

The metabolism of protein and nitrate nitrogen in tobacco leaf during curing was studied by using the electric-heated flue-curing barn designed and made by Henan Agricultural University in which the temperature and moisture were controlled automatically.The results indicated that the content of protein decreased gradually while the content of amino acid increased with the proceeding of curing.And either of them had a rapid-changing stage in the middle of yellowing period and color-fixing period.The activity of proteinase reached the peak respectively after curing 24 hours and 60 hours.

122 Samples of cutters in flue-cured tobacco leaves from south tobacco-growing areas of China were used as materials to analyze the relationship between potassium content,chlorine content,ratio of potassium to chlorine and physical property.

以我国烤烟南方烟区122份烟叶中部叶样品为基础，系统地分析了烟叶钾含量、氯含量、钾氯比与物理性状之间的关系。

Basic conditions for tobacco-growing areas, main climatic factors and quality of tobacco leaves were analyzed in Liangshan of Sichuan Province. The results indicated that Liangshan tobacco-growing areas had a long frost-free period, high accumulated temperature of ≥10℃, a long period of time with daily average temperature of ≥20℃ and low content of Cl-1 in the 0-60cm soil layer.

本文分析了四川省凉山烟区适宜种植烤烟的基本条件、主要气候因素及所产烟叶的质量特点，结果表明：(1)该烟区具有无霜期长、≥10℃积温高，日均温≥20℃持续天数多，0-60cm土壤含氯量较低等特点，具备了生产优质烟叶的基本条件。

To research on quantitative relations between neutral aroma constituents and concentration and quality of aroma of flue-cured tobacco in Panxi tobacco-growing areas, and to offer a new and impersonality method of flue-cured tobacco quality assessment, the authors carried out partial correlation analysis, path analysis and stepwise regression analysis, and established mathematics model and studied the factors of neutral aroma constituents affecting concentration and quality of aroma of flue-cured tobacco in this paper.
