Compliments to Hottop on its new Coffee Roaster; thecooling worked extremely efficiently on the unit I tested,and the roasted coffee from it was excellent. The cup itproduced for me was outstanding -- a true classic cup,little fluidized bed machines, but fuller bodied, morebalanced, complete.
