Proposed a new method of determining the cell thickness and the twist angle of twisted nematic liquid crystal cells, a quarter-wave plate was inserted between the liquid crystal cell and the analyzer, a stepper motor rotated the Retarder by , and measured the light intensity of every modulated point, solved the stokes parameters of polarization light exiting from the liquid crystal cell using Fourier analysis method, thereby determining the cell thickness and the twist angle.

本文提出了一种测量扭曲向列相液晶盒盒厚与扭曲角的新方法，在液晶盒和检偏器之间放置四分之一波片，通过旋转此四分之一波片，测量各个调制点的光强，用傅里叶分析法计算线偏振光穿过液晶盒后的stokes矢量，从而求出液晶盒盒厚以及扭曲角。

The method is based on the principle of triangle inequality with the use of the third side and both sides of the ratio of the size to determine the Corner to feature point and its two adjacent feature points formed by the angle between two tangent linear and the third triangle on both sides and edges with another feature of the ratio as a variable.

In this algorithm, the strongest corner points is adaptively detected with Harris operator and (2n+1)×(2n+1) feature windows is selected for originally mutual gray correlative matching. Continental distance ratio invariant criterion is proposed, and consistency of motion vector is improved by eliminating error matching points with median filter. 9 pairs right points is preserved, 4 pairs composing 1 group, and 5 groups is random distributed to uncoil the motion vector equations. Last, stabilization precision is improved by averaging the 5 groups' solutions.

该方法用Harris算子自适应检测出最强壮的角点，开辟(2n+1)×(2n+1)特征窗进行灰度互相关初匹配；提出欧式距离之比不变准则，通过中值滤波剔除误匹配点，确保运动矢量较高的一致性；最后保留若干正确的匹配点对，分成多组解运动矢量方程，将多组解的平均值作为全局运动矢量以提高稳像精度。

The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement. Among 160 thoracic pedicle screws that were implanted in 34 cases, 148 screws (92.5%) were accurately inserted inside the costotransverse unit, and 12 screws (7.5%) were misplaced according to the image of X-ray and CT thin-slice scan.

应用椎弓根外内固定技术2004/2007年在中山大学附属第三医院骨科治疗34例患者，固定前采用CT加密扫描测量进钉点、进钉点至椎体前缘的深度、进钉角度和直径，固定中椎弓根钉入点为横突尖，进钉方向为平均向头侧倾斜10°~ 20°、与中线成角30°~40°，顺椎弓根外侧皮质进入椎体，固定后CT加密扫描观察螺钉周围的皮质骨是否完整、是否靠近节段血管、是否穿透皮质骨，评价置入钉的准确性和安全性。34例患者共置入160枚胸椎椎弓根螺钉，固定后CT加密扫描和X射线片观察到148枚(92.5%)螺钉置入准确，12枚(7.5%)螺钉发生错置。

From 2004 to 2007, 34 cases were treated with extrapedicular screw fixation in Department of Orthopaedics, Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The screw entry point, angle, depth and diameter were measured and defined on the thoracic vertebrae pedicle by CT thin-slice scan in standard prone for all cases before operation. For feature extraction, this dissertation studies Barnard algorithm for Edge Point extraction and SUSAN algorithm for Corner extraction, Afterward, I put forward a method to extract inflexions, straight lines and curves based on Freeman Differential Code. Thus the use of Freeman Code can be extended and there will be more approaches to finish stereo correspondence.

在特征提取部分，本文对传统的Barnard边缘点提取、新近的SUSAN角点检测等技术做了详细的分析和研究，并在此基础上提出了基于Freeman差分码的多特征提取方法，包括拐点、直线及曲线，而且提取的直线利用多直线段分解法进行拟合，提取的曲线利用B样条技术进行拟合，最终形成有意义的轮廓。

The foundation soil is divided for finding the ultimate bearing capacity of a foundation with given buried depth and size. Supposing a uniform load acts on the foundation, Mindlin's integral formula and comer points method are used to get extra stress of every mesh knot by MATLAB program, then the principal stress is found. Combining with failure criterion, MATLAB program is used to find coordinates of points which are destroyed. Using graphic processing function of MATLAB, the failure points are showed in the coordinate.
