A new image registration algorithm is presented based on contour-feature, which involves extracting the contour of the image, calculating the normal angle of each contour point and proceeding normal angle histogram statistics, then estimating quickly the rotation angle between two images by circular correlation of normal angle histograms.

提出了一种新的基于轮廓特征的图像配准算法，首先提取图像轮廓并计算每个轮廓点的法向角，然后对轮廓点法向角进行直方图统计，通过对两幅图像的轮廓点法向角直方图进行圆周相关计算便可快速估计出两幅图像所存在的旋转角度。

There are many ways to calculate GPS satellite azimuth and elevation, but the precision is low. A new method to decide GPS satellite position using the broadcast ephemeris is presented, the way to checkup the precision is also given, and some research are made to analysis the error feature of the position which is calculated by the broadcast ephemeris as well, the results show the error is periodic.

GPS卫星高度角、方位角计算方法众多，但精度低；针对这点，提出了一种利用广播星历计算卫星高度角、方位角的方法，对该方法能够达到的精度提出了鉴定的途径，并分析了利用广播星历计算卫星高度角以及方位角的误差特点，结果表明利用广播星历计算的卫星高度角、方位角呈现出周期性变化的规律。

The traditional snake model only applies the features of the curve, which did not adequately apply the feature of the image. But in the algorithm, the corners of the detected object is detected based on the MIC operator; the initialized curve is set based on the corners; the object is fitted according on the snake model. The traditional snake model highly depended on the initialized position of the curve and can not get well fitted effort for the image which has the corners and concaves. The proposed algorithm preferably solve the drawbacks.

传统的snake算法只考虑曲线本身的特征，并没有充分的利用被拟合图像本身的特征，而此算法首先检测被拟和目标的角点，然后以这些角点为基准进行曲线初始化，最后根据snake算法进行目标拟和；较好地解决了传统snake模型对初始化位置敏感、对有角点和凹陷的图像收敛效果差的缺点。

In this paper, a new algorithm for estimating of the corner angle is proposed. Firstly the algorithm convolutes the code chain of edge with different mean square in the neighbor of the corner.

本文提出一种新的角点角度估计算法，算法中通过对角点边缘链码采用不同方差的高斯函数进行卷积，得到角点位置的偏移，并给出由此偏移量计算角点角度值的公式。

Simulation results show the rotation and scale of the filterkeeps constant. It can pick up the inflexion and edge of the object and the structure of edge is judged by the correlation peaks of inflexions.
