Laboratory bioassay was conducted to determine the antifungal activities from the root, stems and leaves extracts of Mirabilis jalapa. The results showed that the methanol extracts of Mirabilis jalapa roots and stems had better inhibition actions to mycelial growth of Alternaria kikuchiana Tanaka and Colletotrichum orbiculare.

通过对其根、茎与叶提取物抑菌活性的室内测试结果表明：紫茉莉根甲醇提取物与茎甲醇提取物对梨黑斑病菌和西瓜炭疽病菌菌丝生长具有较好的抑制作用。
