［Objective］To identify the standard of radiographic diagnosis and analyse the measurement between tailor's bunion and normal feet.［Methods］The fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (IM4～5),modified fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle (MIM4～5),metatarsophalangeal-fifth angle,lateral deviation of the fifth metatarsal angle,width of fifth metatarsal head,distance of prominence of the fifth metatarsal head were measured by X-ray for 131 feet of normal persons and 117 feet of tailor's bunion. The measured results and other clinical presentations were compared.

［目的］通过对小趾囊炎足与正常足X线的测量及对比分析研究，明确小趾囊炎足X线诊断标准［方法］对131例正常足与117例小趾囊炎足的第4～5跖骨间角(IM4～5)，改良4～5跖骨间角(MIM4～5)，小趾内翻角，第5跖骨外翻角，第5跖骨头宽度及突出距离进行X线测量，结合临床对测量结果进行对比分析研究。

Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy of Periocur or formocresol as intracanal medicament in root canal therapy of chronic teeth apicitis.Methods 256 cases with chronic apicitis were divided randomly into the observational group （use Periocur as intracanal medicament） and the contol group （use formocresol as intracanal medicament）,and investigated the clinical effect after one week.

目的 观察Periocur消炎液用于根管消毒的临床疗效方法选择256例慢性根尖周炎病例，随机分成观察组（Periocur消炎液组）130例、对照组126例，观察根管封药1周后的临床疗效。

Results The penumatization rate of total or inferior part of middle turbinate correlated positively to the inflammation of anterior ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. Compared with patients with normal frontal sinuses, the vertical diameters of agger nasi cells of patients with frontal sinusitis were larger(11.70±5.50 mm and 8.54±3.67 mm respectivevy, p＜0.01).Compared with patients with normal maxillary sinuses, the Haller's cells of patients with maxillary sinusitis were larger (77.8% and 33.3%,P＜0.05)and the amount of inflammatory Haller's cells of the latter was more abundant than that of the former(91.6±17.8 mm2 and 41.6±12.6 mm2, respectively, P＜0.05). The deviation of uncinate process was one of the factors of maxillary sinusitis .The sizes of ethmoid bullae increased with the soft tissue thickening in anterior ethmoid sinus, the large ethmoid bulla may cause anterior ehmoid sinusitis.

结果 全中甲或中甲下部气化的发生率随前筛、上颌窦内软组织影增厚而升高；有额窦炎组病人的鼻丘气房最大纵向垂径明显大于无额窦炎组(分别为11.7±5.5 mm和8.5±3.7 mm，P＜0.01)；Haller气房在上颌窦炎组和非上颌窦炎组的发生率无显著差异，但前组发生炎症的Haller气房明显多于后组(分别为77.8%和33.3%，P＜0.05)，且前组Haller气房的冠状位截面积明显大于后组(分别为91.6±17.8 mm2和41.6±12.6 mm2，P＜0.05)；钩突角度随上颌窦内软组织增厚而减小；筛泡冠状位截面积随前筛窦内软组织增厚而增大(P＜0.01)。

Results:22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociated edges being sharp, including 9 cases involving tear gland, 7 cases surrounding the eyeball, 2 cases showing the optic nerve and extraocular muscles thicken, and 4 cases showing several extraocular muscles diffuse thicken.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

Results: 22 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor, and all the dissociated edges being sharp, including 9 cases involving tear gland, 7 cases surrounding the eyeball, 2 cases showing the optic nerve and extraocular muscles thicken, and 4 cases showing several extraocular muscles diffuse thicken. 4 cases were granulomatous inflammation filling up the orbit with soft tissue. One case was the chronic inflammation of the lacrimal sac showing a cystoid lump in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was the chronic inflammation around the lacrimal sac showing a small lump with a low denstiy in its center in the area of the lacrimal sac. One case was orbital cellulitis showing the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。
