The ear edema of the normal and adrenalectomized mice induced by croton oil, vascular permeability formed by histamine in mice and hind paw edema caused by Carrageenin in rats were used to determine the inhibition to acute inflammnation.

提取物对急性炎症的抑制作用采用巴豆油引起的正常小鼠和摘除肾上腺小鼠的耳肿胀、组胺引起的小鼠毛细管通透性以及角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀进行分析。

Results The extract remarkably inhibited the contraction caused by histamine and acetylcholine, as well as the ovalbumin sensitized allergic constriction of isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pigs. It could inhibit the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice, inhibit the mice paw edema produced by carrageenin and reduce the production of PGE 2 in inflammatory tissues.

结果：辛夷二氯甲烷提取物对组胺、乙酰胆碱（Ach引起的豚鼠离体回肠收缩具有显著的抑制作用，并能抑制卵白蛋白所致的豚鼠离体回肠过敏性收缩，对HAc引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高具有抑制作用，能显著抑制角叉菜胶引起的小鼠足肿胀，并减少前列腺素E2（PGE2）在炎症组织中产生。

The experimental results showed that the extract of aerial parts of TWHf can markedly inhibit the aurcular swelling induced by croton seed oil and the capillary permeability in mice,reduced the primary pathologic changes induced by Freund's complete adjuvant,and exerted preventive and therapeutic effect on the secondary pathologic changes.

结果表明：雷公藤地上部分浸膏对巴豆油诱发的小鼠耳廓炎症、小鼠毛细血管通透性有明显的抑制作用；对弗氏完全佐剂所诱发的大鼠原发性病变有明显的拮抗作用；对继发性病变也有明显的预防和治疗作用。

From the OCT images can be clearly found the acetic acid gastric ulcer.
