Methods The rat models of diffuse brain injury were established by Marmarou's method. Real-time quantitative PCR, immunohistochemistry, dry-wet weight method, histological techniques and haematoxylin and eosin stain were used to detect expression of ICAM-1, the change of mRNA at different time phases, water containing in the brain tissue and the inflammatory infiltration respectively after diffuse brain injury.

According to the results of histogenetic classification, the tumors of ciliary sensory epithelium were ranked the first place (20 cases, 38.5%) while malignant melanoma, the second one (14 cases, 26.9%) followed by melanocytoma (9 cases, 17.3%) and granulomatous lesions (5 cases, 9.6%).

Methods selective and limited minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope was applied to 54 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint; hyperplasia of inflammatory synovial membrane and abrasion of anterior cruciate ligament were chipped or vaporized with radiofrequency, the corpus liberum were taken out, cartilage was scoured into certain shape; excision or partial excision were performed to hyperplastic intercondyloid spine, osteophyma and menisci; intercondyloid fossa was formed.results 45 cases were followed up for an average of 18 months (from 6 months to 24 months); the clinical symptoms of most cases released obviously and the joint function improved.conclusions minimally invasive debridement under arthroscope can effectively release oa symptoms, improve joint function and raise the quality of life.

结果： Perforin阳性细胞在整个肝小叶内均可检见，有炎性细胞浸润区均有perforin阳性细胞分布，浸润阳性细胞数量因病变部位的不同而有较大差异，慢性丙肝点状坏死区阳性率最高达71.9%，其次是片状坏死区(31.0%)，门管区阳性率为9.2%，小叶内非坏死区仅为4.8%。

RESULTS: Perforin positive cells were seen in the whole intralobular areas, especially in inflammatory areas. The amount of positive cells was different, 71.9% in spotty necrosis areas, 31.0% in focal necrosis areas, 9.2% in portal areas and only 4.8% in non necrotic areas. The average amount of perforin cells in the liver lobules of 18 patients had no linear correlation with the ALT level or Knodell's histology activity index.
