In only 12 month, Tanan Shenran 150 thousand M3 per day LNG project has finished the work from the very beginning to the very end. This project has created a milestone on China gas history, it is not only the first on constructing period, but also make many first on technology: The first self-owned intellectual property LNG plant which is nitrogen expanding and recycling refrigerating in China; the first plant which are all made in China; the first plant which use the parallel connection temperature expander refrigerate technology; the first use the pressure dryness vaporizer technology on Nitrogen gas liquefaction and purity system; the first use the deep fat stove technology in purity system; the piston nitrogen compressor is the biggest in China and etc.

短短12个月内，泰安深燃日产15万立方米液化天然气工程项目完成了从立项到投产的全部建设工程，该套项目的顺利投产完成创造了中国燃气史上的一个新的里程碑，不仅在建设周期上创造了第一，在技术方面同样创造了多个第一：我国首个具有自有知识产权的氮气膨胀、循环制冷液化天然气设备，填补了国内在这一技术领域的空白，对我国名族天然气液化事业的发展产生了积极的推动作用；首次实现设备国产化达到100%；首次采用并联双温区的膨胀机制冷技术；首次将等压干燥脱水技术应用于天然气液化系统、净化系统；首次在净化系统采用了导热油炉、单炉双温区共用形式；所采用的单级双列活塞式氮气压缩机位国内最大等技术。

Based on the principles of stepped firing in recirculation zones, several new type straightjet and revolving-pour burners are designed and manufactured which used for different power boilers and industral furnaces with combustion of pulverized coal, poor-gas or fuel-oil. The burners are tested and improved in practice and good results are finally achieced in variant degrees including strenthening flame stability, adapting to boiler capacities and rank of coal, raising combustion and heat transfer efficiency, and lowering the temperature of weste gas at the boiler tail.

应用回流区分级着火原理，设计和制造了几种不同结构型式的直流、旋流新型燃烧器，用于燃煤粉、煤气、油雾的不同类型的锅炉和工业炉，在实践中进行试验和改进，最终都在不同程度上取得了强化稳定燃烧、适应负荷和燃料品质变化、提高燃烧和传热效率、降低炉尾烟温的好效果。

It is an important route to increase efficiency and reduce pollutants on coal using for resident that clean coal technologies suitable for resident is to be chosen and used. In this paper, a quantitative assessing method on clean coal technologies us is used to assess and screen clean coal technologies suitable for resident . Integrated cost for unit energy production on various clean coal technologies suitable for resident is coal cleaning 48.37 yuan/GJ,coal molding for resident 45.37 yuan /GJ,coking 28.53 yuan/GJ,coal pressurized gasification combined with methanol 54.73 yuan /GJ,coal pressurized gasification combined with oil and 50.71 yuan/GJ,coal two-segment stove gasification 88.66 yuan/GJ,erection stove gasification 38.84 yuan /GJ. Integrated cost for unit energy production on coking is the least.

选用合适的民用清洁煤技术是提高居民生活用煤能源利用效率、减少环境污染的重要途径之一，本文利用笔者提出的清洁煤技术定量评价方法对民用清洁煤技术进行了定量评价与筛选，评价结果表明，在标准状态下各种民用适用清洁煤技术的单位综合成本分别为选煤48元/GJ，民用型煤45.73元/GJ，炼焦制气28.53元/GJ，加压气化联产甲醇54.73元/GJ，加压气化联产油蜡50.71元/GJ，两段炉气化88.66元/GJ，直立炉气化38.84元/GJ，其中炼焦制气是单位综合成本最小的民用清洁煤技术。
