炉壳由钢板和型钢焊接而成，炉衬采用超轻质节能耐火砖砌筑而成，外壳与炉衬之间采用硅酸铝纤维和膨胀保温粉保温加热，元件采用高温合金电阻丝 0Cr25Al5绕制而成螺旋状安装在镀锌炉膛周围的高铝搁丝砖上，坩锅由Q235低碳钢板双面剖焊而成，热电偶从炉体侧面插入炉膛，接触坩锅，方坩锅热镀锌炉配套有自动温度控制柜，在室温-500℃范围内任意可调，并自动恒温。
