It points out: a rational arrangement of supplementary cathode can greatly uniformize the handsaw temperature duo to its double actions of redistributing heat source and reducing thermal radiation; less shield layers at the top of the furnace leads to more uniform horizontal temperature distribution. The horizontal plate between two rows of handsaws can enhance the radiative heat transfer at the center place, and therefore can reduce the temperature difference along both horizontal and vertical directions.

指出：辅助阴极具有重新分配炉内的热源分布和隔热保温的双重作用，合理添加辅助阴极对改善料筐内温度场的均匀性具有重要的作用；在渗金属炉的顶部减少辐射屏层数，可以在保证竖直方向满足工艺要求的同时改善水平方向的温度场的均匀性；料筐的几何结构对温度场有重要影响，锯条背之间的距离以60毫米为好；减少料筐材料的发射率有利于局部控制料筐温度。

The velocity and temperature distribution of weste gas in the old and transformed boiler are compared which is helpful to optimize the parameters of the burners for design and operation.

在新型回流区分级着火燃烧器的应用实践中，对四角切圆锅炉炉内三维速度场和温度场进行了数值模拟，比较了改造前后炉内烟速和烟温分布，有助于优选燃烧器的设计运行参数。

Based on the principles of stepped firing in recirculation zones, several new type straightjet and revolving-pour burners are designed and manufactured which used for different power boilers and industral furnaces with combustion of pulverized coal, poor-gas or fuel-oil. The burners are tested and improved in practice and good results are finally achieced in variant degrees including strenthening flame stability, adapting to boiler capacities and rank of coal, raising combustion and heat transfer efficiency, and lowering the temperature of weste gas at the boiler tail.

应用回流区分级着火原理，设计和制造了几种不同结构型式的直流、旋流新型燃烧器，用于燃煤粉、煤气、油雾的不同类型的锅炉和工业炉，在实践中进行试验和改进，最终都在不同程度上取得了强化稳定燃烧、适应负荷和燃料品质变化、提高燃烧和传热效率、降低炉尾烟温的好效果。
