以免疫组化法研究Fas配体在丙型肝炎病人肝组织内的表达情况，发现在碎屑样坏死、桥样坏死及灶性坏死区浸润的单个核细胞有明显的FasL表达，阳性率为41.2％。

Of them 25 cases of oral cancer (G1-2) were randomly divided into trail and control group . The remained 11 cases of nasopharyngeal and maxillary sinus cancer (NPC-MSC, mainly G3-4) were attributed to a third group (1st course: sBRM, then 2nd course: IAC). The order of drug-use of sBRM is: pre-immunomodulation of the reactivity of patient low-dose CTX and PolyI∶C, then in- juring tumor and thereby modulation of its immunogeneity (DDP-PYM regimen , thereafter, reaction enhancement modu- lation [low-dose rhuIL-2, Cimetidine and Indomethacin ] . All drugs, except for CTX, PolyI∶C and Indo, were fractionally delivered in a manner of continously infution in 8-10 hours via a retaining intra-external carotid artery catheter CAVAFIX 335 SPLITTOCAN G14, B.

将其中25例晚期口腔高、中分化鳞癌病人随机分为实验治疗（12例）和对照治疗（13例）两组，实验组采用sBRM疗法，具体用药为：先用小剂量环磷酰胺和聚肌胞对机体反应性作预调变，然后用低剂量DDP-PYM化疗杀伤&致创&癌细胞，使其免疫原性增强并借之诱导肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞，化疗结束后续用小剂量rhuIL-2激活和扩增TIL，特别是其中的T细胞，并借助小剂量西咪替丁、消炎痛调节机体以原发灶为中心的癌受创相关反应。

Results Microscopically, AM was characterized by hypercellularity, high karyoplasma ratio, prominent macronucleoli, strange heterokaryocyte and tiny focal necrosis. Of 11 cases, recurrence was noted in three, and one transformed into anaplastic meningioma and died 1 year after reoperation.

结果 AM光镜下瘤细胞密度增大，核浆比例增高，核仁明显，多伴有奇异核细胞出现和微小坏死灶。11例AM病人中，3例复发，1例复发后转变为间变性脑膜瘤，再次手术后1年死亡。

The focus in long bone appears patchy geographic type, the courser of its long axis was coherent with the stress bone trabecula; the focus in vertebral bodies show laterigrade band-like which was distributed in the middle of the vertebral bodies or near the termibal lamella and plumbed with stress bone trabecula of the vertebral bodies.

The 8 cases of 12 patients examined by cranial CT showed abnormal low density lesion in basal ganglia,lentiform nucleus,and so on.The 5 cases of 8 patients examined by cranial MRI showed abnormal signs in basal ganglia,lentiform nucleus,and so on.

12例患者行头颅CT检查，8例发现基底节，豆状核等异常低密度灶；8例行头颅MRI检查，5例显示基底节，豆状核等处异常信号。

结合临床，豆状核征、脑岛带征、低密度灶，皮质征是诊断缺血性脑梗塞的早期可靠征象，而致密动脉征、占位征不能单独作为其诊断依据。强化这些征象，可望提高缺血性脑梗塞的早期发现率。

Results:Sensitivity of dense artery sign,lentiform nucleus sign,insular ribbon sign,space occupying effect,hypodensity lesion and cortical sign were 20.8%,23.6%,8.8%,11.6%,56.8%and 14.8%respectivelyP＜0.05 as compared with normal control group.

结果：正常组：致密动脉征占11％，豆状核征占5％，脑岛带征占1％，其它征象均为阴性；病变组：致密动脉征占20.8％，豆状核征占23.6％，脑岛带征占8.8％，低密度灶占56.8％，占位征占11.6％，皮质征占14.8％(与正常组相比P均＜0.05)。

其行为、活动、被毛、粪便等未见异常，进食量及体重变化未见明显差异；(2)实验期3个月、6个月的血清学检查，各药膏组与空白药膏组比较无显著差异；(3)药膏组与空白药膏组的血液生化测定值基本一致；(4)各药膏组实验兔的系统尸检表明，用药期空白药膏组和高剂量药膏组各有一只实验兔的肺心叶有2～3个黄白色绿豆大小圆形结节，其他脏器未见明显病变；(5)病理组织学检查，肉眼见到的肺组织病变镜检为局灶性化脓性炎症，其他组织未见病理性改变。
