目的 探讨用中药水蛭、银杏、川芎的有效成分组成的复方制剂对动物局灶脑缺血的保护作用方法将水蛭素、银杏叶提取物、川芎嗪按2∶25∶5的比例制成无菌注射液，应用鼠大脑中动脉栓塞导致缺血性脑卒中的实验模型，并用生理盐水、尼莫地平和银杏提取物作对照，观察不同药物对脑缺血面积和由缺血造成的大鼠行为障碍的影响，将实验据用统计学处理并进行组间的差异性比较。

Results CsA clearly decreased creatinine clearance and increased urinary excretion of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in rats as compared with those in the vehicle group. Severity of the injury was related to the dosage of CsA.
