The field practice has proved that the highly active fly ash grout can achieve good anti leakage effect and improve obviously the anti leakage quality of the dam foundation when used in water reservoir dam curtain grouting; therefore, it is an ideal anti leakage grout.

实践证明，高活性粉煤灰注浆材料用于水库大坝的帷幕灌浆有较好的防渗抗渗效果，能显著提高坝基的防渗质量，是一种较为理想的防渗注浆材料。

In order to solve the problem, a number of measures are proposed to be taken:① to brush concrete on the upstream face for seepage control;② to provide an impervious curtain inside the concrete dam;③ to apply strengthening grouting to dam concrete.

经分析认为，应采取多项措施联合处理：①对迎水面混凝土进行表面防渗涂刷；②在混凝土坝体内部钻设一道防渗帷幕；③对坝体混凝土进行补强灌浆。

The method of finite element discrete and optimal parameter back analysis is adopted.(3) Concentrated on the question of high external water pressure of the deep-lying tunnel, the basic theory and method calculating external water pressure are systematically studied.(4) Based on Jinping cascade 2 hydropower station, numerical simulation rain infiltration of seepage field under different drainage pattern and grouting pattern are studied, also, the high external water pressure is analyzed and studied and some seepage control measures are put forward.

2采用有限元离散—优化法进行参数的反演分析；(3)针对深埋隧洞的高外水压力问题，进一步分析和研究了衬砌水荷载及外水压力的作用机理和计算方法；(4)以锦屏二级水电站深埋长引水隧洞作为本文的主要研究对象，采用考虑降雨入渗渗流场分析的方法对排水方案和灌浆封堵方案不同情况下的渗流场的水头分布进行了数值模拟，并对其外水压力进行了分析和研究，提出了渗流控制的具体措施。

The results indicated that the SS expression in sweet sorghum leaves and stems was lower at early growth stages, increased dramatically at late growth stages (flowering, grain filling, and dough stage), and reached the highest level at flowering stage.

结果表明，甜高粱叶片和茎秆中的SS蛋白质表达量在发育早期较低，发育后期（开花期、灌浆期和腊熟期）明显升高，在开花期最高。

To better understand the mechanism of sucrose accumulation, the correlation of sucrose content and sucrose phosphate synthetase、sucrose synthase expression was analyzed by monitoring the expression of SPS in leaves and stems.(1) The results of SPS investigating indicated that the sucrose content, the expression of SPS in leaves and stems were increased along with the growth of sorghum, reached the highest level at grain filling stage, and decreased at dough stage.

1对SPS表达检测结果表明，在高粱的生长发育过程中，茎中蔗糖含量、叶片和茎中SPS蛋白质表达量持续上升，灌浆期达到最高，腊熟期略有下降，它们之间的变化趋势基本一致，甜高粱茎蔗糖含量与叶片SPS蛋白质的表达相关系数为0.895，与茎SPS蛋白质的表达相关系数为0.781；甜高粱和普通高粱相比，其叶片中SPS表达量差别不明显，而甜高粱茎中SPS表达量明显高于普通高粱。

Results indicated that at filling stage, milky stage and dough stage, changing of enzymes with growing stage were the same trend, the activities of superoxide dismutase reduced sharply then increased slightly; catalase declined all the time; peroxedase increased earlier then reduced, malondialdehyde increased straight.

结果表明：各施肥条件下，各种酶在灌浆期、乳熟期和蜡熟期随玉米生育期的推进呈现出相同的变化趋势，SOD活性先急剧降低，后稍有回升；CAT活性呈下降趋势；POD活性先增后降；MDA含量一直呈上升趋势。

The main causes resulted in the yield and quality difference among treatments were that it was beneficial to decomposing and releasing nutrients in compost when mixed EM and it was raised significantly for the rapid availability of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in soil applied EM biological-organic fertilizer, which increased the Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium nutrient content in stem, leaf blade and ear and improved the organism function, and then the chlorophyll content and rate of photosynthesis of crop functional leaf blade were raised, the strengthened photosynthesis increased the plant dry matter content, thereby laid a foundation for seed-filling.
