Methods Rat models of ischemic reperfusion in vivo were established. With autoradiography, the uptake of 99Tc-HL91 was observed in myocardium in control group, ischemic reperfusion group and ischemic group.

建立大鼠心肌在体缺血再灌注模型，采用体外放射自显影检测正常对照组、缺血再灌注组及无再灌注组心肌对99Tc-HL91的摄取。

Results: In groupⅢ, the expression of MDA, MPO, CINC/IL-8, CD11b/CD18, ICAM-1 were increased evidently than group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.

结果：缺血再灌注组再灌注后各时相点MDA、MPO、CINC／IL-8以及CD11b／CD18、ICAM-1的表达较假手术组和缺血组均有非常显著升高（p.01），NO在缺血期末和再灌注早期（1h）显著升高，之后逐渐下降，至12h仍高于正常，骨骼肌组织损伤也随再灌注时间的延长而逐渐加重，SOD组及MSODa组则可以明显抑制这种变化，减轻骨骼肌损伤。

Results:The expression of ICAM1 started to increase after reperfusion for 2 hours,peake d at 48 hours after reperfusion,and continued for 96 hours.Neutrophil infiltrati on in ischemic tissue increased at 12 hours,and peaked at 48 hours after reperfu sion,paralleling the increase in ICAM1 expression.

结果：大鼠脑缺血再灌注2小时局部脑组织ICAM 1的表达开始升高，于再灌注48小时达到峰值，持续至再灌注96小时仍保持较高水平表达；局部缺血区域中性粒细胞浸润于再灌注后12小时开始升高，48小时达到高峰，与ICAM1的表达呈同步改变。

Results: Compared with IR group , XSOL could significantly decrease the cerebral water content, the cerebral index, the brain vascular permeability in rats of acute incomplete brain ischemia-reperfusion (P.01,P.05). Cerebral tissue morphology showed that neuronic damage of rats subjected to acute incomplete brain ischemia-reperfusion was ameliorated following administration of XSOL (2.4, 9.6g/kg). Compared with IR group , XSOL could significantly decrease the content of MDA and NO in brain tissue(P.01,P.05)and increase SOD,GSH-px activity. The levels of cerebral Glu,Asp were cut down(P.01,P.05). Conclusion: XSOL shows protective effects on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.

结果：与缺血再灌注组比较，XSOL大、小剂量组可以显著降低急性不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠的脑含水量(P.01，P.05)、脑指数(P.01，P.05)、脑毛细血管通透性(P.01，P.05)；光镜下脑组织形态学显示各剂量组可不同程度的减轻急性不完全性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织的神经元受损形态；与缺血再灌注组比较，XSOL大、小剂量组可以显著降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中的MDA的含量(P.01，P.05)，升高SOD、GSH-Px在脑组织中的活性(P.01，P.05)；XSOL大、小剂量组可显著降低脑组织中NO的含量(P.01，P.05)，降低脑组织中Glu、Asp含量(P.01，P.05)。

Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:① the control group(group C, n=8): received sternotomy only and no ischemia;② the ischemia/reperfusion group(group I/R, n=8): the left lungs of rabbits were rendered ischemia by ligating the left pulmonary hili for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion;③ the edaravone group(group E, n=8): the left lungs were rendered ischemia for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion, and 10 mg/kg edaravone was administered intravenously 5 minutes prior to ischemia. Blood MDA and SOD were measured. Protein concentrations, WBC count, and PMN percentage in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid were determined. Samples of left lung tissue were sent for determining the left lung dry-to-wet weight ratio and evaluating the pathologic changes.

采用兔肺原位热缺血再灌注损伤模型进行研究。24只大白兔随机分为三组：①对照组(C组， n=8)，开胸后不阻断肺门，静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；②缺血再灌注组(I/R组， n=8)，左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；③依达拉奉干预组(E组， n=8)，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注依达拉奉10mg/kg（5ml/kg），左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注。120min实验结束时，留取各组动物血液标本，测定血浆丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性；收集支气管肺泡灌洗液，检测支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及肺通透性指数；留取肺组织标本，测定肺组织湿、干重量，计算干／湿重比及行肺组织病理检查。
