Rat AAA model was made by perfusion PPE elastase through the abdominal aorta, and the specimen was obtained on postoperativeday 3, 7, 14, 28, respectively. Specific elastic fiber staining was used to observe the disruption of elastic fiber in aortic wall. Immunohistochemistry staining of CD68 was applied to observe the microphage infiltration. The in tisu hybridization and western blot of MCP-1 and MMP-2 were used to study the expression of mRNA and protein. Thus we can analyze the facilitated function of MCP-1 gene to the microphage adherence and infiltration on the earlier AAA.

采用经腹主动脉腔内导管灌注的方法制成大鼠AAA模型，分别于术后3天、1周、2周、3周、4周获取各组大鼠腹主动脉标本，行弹力纤维特殊染色观察动脉壁弹力纤维的破坏情况；行CD68免疫组织化学染色观察动脉壁中巨噬细胞的浸润；行MCP-1及MMP-2的原位分子杂交、Western蛋白质印迹观察二者的mRNA表达和蛋白表达；分析MCP-1基因促进巨噬细胞的黏附、浸润在早期AAA发病中的作用。

Methods Using HIRI model in tabbits,animals were randomly divided into four groups (n=10 in each),HIR group,HIR+ LGT group,HIR+ Pro group and HIR+ LGT+ Pro group,the contents of adenosine triphosphate,adenosine diphosphate,adenosine monophosphate,total adenylic acid numberand energy charge in the liver tissue were measured at 45 minutes after reperfusion, respectively.

Methods: Fifty rabbits underwent left tube ureterocutaneostomy as a method of urinary diversion, all rabbits were divided randomly into five groups: the flushing group perfused immediately after ureterocutaneostomy, and the intrapelvic pressure is 60, 80, 100, 120 cmH2O, but the sham operated group didn't flush. Urinary albumin were examined every day after operation, we also got pathological examination of nephridial tissue continually.

分别建立左侧输尿管皮肤造口的动物模型：健康家兔50只，随机分为5组（每组10只），假手术组只造瘘不灌注，灌注组输尿管造瘘后立即行逆行灌注，灌注压力分别为60、80、100、120 cmH2O(1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa)，术后每天留取尿标本定量测定尿白蛋白，连续取肾组织行病理检查监测兔肾形态学改变。

The results showed: there is the apoptosis of the myocardial cells during the period of I/R. The further study showed that there is the express of Bcl-2, Bax and Fas in the model of the cultured myocardial cells which were treated with ischemia-reperfusion The express of Bax, Fas proteins increase obviously. The overexpress of Bcl-2 is weak positive which shows that there is certain relationship between the apoptosis of the myocardial cells and the higher express of Fas and the ratio descent of the Bcl-2/Bax.

结果表明：在I/R过程中确有心肌细胞凋亡现象，而且进一步研究发现在培养的心肌细胞缺血-再灌注的模型中均见Bcl-2、Bax、Fas的表达，Bax、Fas蛋白的过度表达明显增加，Bcl-2的过度表达仅呈弱阳性，表明心肌细胞的凋亡与Fas的高表达，Bcl-2/Bax的比例下调有一定的必然联系。

Results The expression of MMP-9 was low in procerebrum at different phases in sham operated group.

结果假手术组各个时间段大鼠前脑组织少量表达MMP-9；缺血再灌注6h组大鼠脑组织即有MMP-9的表达，缺血再灌注24h组、48h组大鼠脑组织大量表达MMP-9；缺血再灌注3d、5d组大鼠脑组织亦可见MMP-9的表达，但较缺血再灌注24h、48h组相比MMP-9表达减少；除川芎嗪6h组不具统计学意义外，其它时间段川芎嗪治疗组与缺血再灌注组相比MMP-9含量均降低。

This phenomenon may be related to compositions of cardioplegia, reinfusion pressure, wash repeatly, hypothermia and frequent changes of intra and extracellular medium.

The femoral circumflex arteriography of the normal leg was done in 8 patients, and three of them were simultaneously done in a postion of internal rotating of straight leg. Results Comparison with the arteriographic findings in absence of traction, all retinacular arteries but inferior arteries were depicted few branches and less femoral head perfusion in all 9 patients, especially in that of medial femoral circumflex arteriography, as hip joint was tractating in neutral position with the same speed and volume of injecting contrast medium and, the veins were demonstrated poorly or delayed.

结果同一血管部位，同等对比剂注射流率、总量造影，与中立位无牵引状态下造影所见比较，9例患髋中立位牵引时，除外下支持带动脉，所有未损伤的支持带动脉均有不同程度闭塞，相应股骨头颈部灌注不佳或几乎无灌注，静脉显影延迟或显示不清，4例牵引力由3kg增至5kg时，上述改变更为明显；5例患髋维持伸直内旋位时，所有支持带动脉尤其细小分支未见明确显示，股骨头灌注差或未见明确灌注，改变甚于牵引时；2例正常髋内旋位时造影改变类似。

In NF animals, the food intake was significantly lower than control animals in the period of 3h and 6h after infusion of sodium propionate, in the 3h infused with low concentration sodium acetate (1M), and in all of stages infused with high concentration sodium acetate (2M).
