梗概： 鼻饲法是临床护理工作中常用的一项护理操作技术，为危重患者提供营养，支持生命最经济有效而平安的方法。2004年7月~2007年7月我科对126例流行性乙型脑炎患儿鼻饲时进行观察，传统的鼻饲法由于灌注的速度过快引起胃残留量过大，胃排空延迟，导致误吸。
