灌注法

The mismatch or match segments of gated DISA imaging were defined by two experienced physicians of nuclear medicine who are not aware of clinical data. Regional wall motion score were interpreted as 16 segments system by American Echocardiography Association in 5 score: 0=regional wall motion normal; 1=slight decrease of regional wall motion; 2=severe decrease of regional wall motion; 3=dyskinesia; 4=akinesia.

门控DISA SPECT结果，由两位核医学科医生采用双盲法判断心肌灌注／代谢匹配情况，并根据美国超声心动图学会16段法分段，以5分法判断各节段局部室壁运动记分：0分=局部室壁运动正常；1分=运动轻度减低；2分=运动明显减低；3分=无运动；4分=反向运动。

The hypertension model rats were induced with bi-kidney-bi-clip method, then the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat model was induced by reversible occlusion for a middle cerebral artery with a thread on the stroke prone renovascular hypertensive model rat. While the rats in sham operation group were operated without thread insertion. Shuigou (Du 26), bilateral Neiguan(PC 6) and bilateral Housanli (Zusanli, ST 36) were located according to"Atlas of Experimental Animal Acupoints" made by Hua's. Shuigou (Du26): 1 mm below nasal apex right on the Labium leporinum, be punctured 1 mm obliquely upward; Neiguan (PC 6): at the lateral palm of the forearm3 mm above wrist joint, between ulna and radius, be punctured 1 mm perpendicularly; Housanli (Zusanli, ST 36): under knee joint, 5 mm below the capitulum of fibula, be punctured 7 mm perpendicularly. The skin of Shuigou (Du 26) and the root of right ear, Neiguan (PC 6) and Housanli (Zusanli, ST 36) were connected with electroacupuncture Therapeutic Instrument G6805 with the parameters of continuous wave, 120 times/minute in frequency, 1 mA in intensity for 30 minutes.

用双肾双夹法复制易卒中型肾血管性高血压模型，在此基础上，运用栓线法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型；假手术组除不插入栓线外，其余步骤同模型组；电针治疗组取水沟(唇裂鼻尖下1 mm正中处，向上斜刺1 mm)、双侧内关(前肢内侧，离腕关节约3 mm处的尺桡骨缝间，直刺1 mm)、双侧足三里(膝关节下侧，在腓骨小头下约5 mm处，直刺7 mm)水沟穴与右耳根部皮肤、内关与足三里接G6805电针治疗仪，连续波，频率120次/min，强度1 mA，留针30 min。

Objective To use an ischemical reperfusion injury rat model by pulsinelli-4-VO andobserve the changes of the expression of Glu, N-methy-D-asparagic acidreceptor subunits NR_1 and NR_(2B) and ability of learning and memory after procerebrum ischemic reperfusion injury, and approach the pathogenesy of learning andmemory disorder induced by ischemic reperfusion injury, and the intervention ofginsenoside Rg_2 on the learning and memory disorder after procerebrumischemic reperfusion injury.

目的利用pulsinelli四血管法体建立脑缺血／再灌注损伤模型，观察前脑缺血损伤后谷氨酸、N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体亚单位NR_1、NR_(2B)表达的变化及学习记忆的改变，从兴奋性氨基酸的兴奋毒作用尤其是其受体的表达方面探讨脑缺血／再灌注损伤引起的学习记忆功能障碍的发生机制，并观察人参皂苷Rg_2对脑缺血缺氧损伤引起的学习记忆障碍的干预机制。

Methods: The model was established with two cuff technique; The donor was perfused through the abdominal aorta with cold perfusate; The anastomosis of the suprahepatic vena cava was sutured end to end with 8~0 nylon line, and the continuity of portal vein and infrahepatic vena cava were established by means of cuff method respectively. The bile duct anastomosis was performed with internal stent.
