OBJECTIVE : To study the changes in electroencephalograph and somatosensory evoked potential and their relationship with neuron apoptosis in rat after ischemic insult to the brain.

目的 探讨大鼠全脑缺血/再灌注后体感诱发电位和脑电图波谱特征的变化及其与神经元分布的关系。

We hypothesized that administrating intracarotid anestheticsduring cerebral hypoperfusion will significantly prolong theduration of electroencephalographic silence.

我们假设在脑低灌注期间颈动脉内注射麻醉药将显著延长脑电图静息的时程。

The results are as follow:(1) During the IR, heart rate, arterial blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption are decreased progressively. The epicardial electrographic ST-segment is elevated significantly during ischemia (P＜0.001) and recovers to baseline during reperfusion.

所得结果如下：(1)在IR过程中，动脉血压、心率和心肌耗氧量呈进行性下降；心外膜电图ST段在缺血期明显抬高，再灌注时逐渐恢复至基础对照值。

心外膜电图ST段抬高的平均值和ST段抬高大于或等于2 mV 的点数在缺血时均明显增加，再灌注后又逐渐恢复到基础对照值(表1)。
