Results: The total effective rate was 87.50%(28/32). After infusion embolotherapy, 12 cases underwent panhysterectomy and 15 cases radiotherapy. In 15 cases with radiotherapy, 7 cases then received panhysterectomy, 2 cases systemic chemotherapy, 1 case palliative therapy. 2 cases gave up therapy for various reasons. 21 cases with hemorrhage were hemostasis and 9 cases with inferior belly and lower limbs pain had all relieved after infusion embolotherapy.

结果：总有效率87.50%(28/32)，灌注栓塞后12例行广泛性全子宫切除术，15例行放射治疗，2例作全身化疗，1例作姑息性治疗，2例因各种原因放弃继续治疗，其中放疗后7例再行广泛性全子宫切除术。21例伴出血患者灌注栓塞后全部停止出血，9例伴下腹及下肢疼痛症状全部缓解。

Results After onset of reperfusion, the adhesion of platelet to endothelia was observed at veins of pial vessel. they distributed as tiny spots, 30～60 minutes after reperfusion, we observed the vacuole formation in endothelial cells of artery and thrombosis could be seen at the injurious area.

结果 再灌注后即刻，软脑膜细静脉内有白细胞和血小板粘附，呈星点状分布；再灌注(30～60)min，可观察到小动脉和细动脉内皮形成的空泡和血栓形成。

The myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury is the myo- cardial tissue injury when myocardium is reperfused with the pleonectic blood in the condition of anoxia or blood deficit.

Then the experimental rats were treated with posthepatic manipulative bleeding or IH-VC manipulative bleeding at 10 min after reperfusion. RESULTS: MDA concentration in SH-VC elevated obviously with time and peaked at 10 min after reperfusion. Two percent of body weight posthepatic manipulative bleeding with blood transfusion at 10 min after reperfusion significantly decreased circulating MDA, ALT and AST levels and improved survival rate.

Mean arterial pressure was monitored preoperatively, at 1-minute intervals after reperfusion and at 60 minutes after reperfusion.

The colon temperatures were measured by a thermistor and the cytosolic free calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) in dissociated brain cells was measured by Fura 2-AM. The results demonstrated that the pyretic action of egtazic acid (0.6 μmol, icv) was markedly inhibited by DEX (5 mg/kg,iv), but DEX (60-120 μmol/L) did′t affect [Ca2+]i in dissociated hypothalamus cells. Actinomycin D, which interferes with gene transcription (3 nmol, icv), completely abolished the antipyretic action of DEX on egtazic acid-induced fever.

结果发现：脑室灌注乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸(0.6 nmol)引起家兔结肠温度明显升高，静脉注射地塞米松(5 mg/kg)显著抑制家兔乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸性发热，地塞米松(60-120 μmol/L)并不影响下丘脑细胞内[Ca2+]i，而事先脑室灌注抑制基因转录的放线菌素D(3 nmol)则完全取消了地塞米松对乙二醇双(2-氨基乙醚)四乙酸性发热的解热作用。
