In order to solve the problem such as aging establishment, inconsequent structure, illogical parameter, laggard irrigating technique, etc, establishment types and irrigating mode of QinHuangdao, ShanHaiguan, Changli and Luanhe of seashore plain in Hebei province were researched in this paper. The evolvement and irrigating mode of this subarea were known. Through analyzing the researched facts, it is found that ideal establishment type is the fourth heliogreenhouse and its suitable front roof angle is 33°5′~33°18′, back one is 34°~35°.

为解决河北省蔬菜设施存在的诸如设施老化，结构不合理，参数不合理，灌水技术落后等问题，本研究对河北省滨海平原区的秦皇岛、山海关、昌黎至滦河口片的设施类型及灌水方式进行调研，了解了该分区设施类型及灌水方式的发展演变过程，并且提出适合该分区发展的理想设施类型为第四类日光温室，合理的前屋面采光角应该为33°5′~33°18′；后屋面角应为34°~35°。

At the same time,the protective effect of mannital and VitC were assessed.Result:The serum level of creative phosphokinase and malon dialdehyde was higher,but superoxide dismutase activity was lower during reperfusion than in the ischemic period.The tissue structure and ultrastructure were damaged more seriously in reperfution period. After treated by mannital and VitC, the level of CPK and MDA in serum was lower, but SOD activity rasied, and the ultrastructure was better.

结果：再灌流组较缺血组血清CPK增高、MDA升高，再灌流组脑组织中MDA 升高，血清中SOD活力下降，再灌流组脑组织结构和超微结构破坏更加严重，应用自由基清除剂后血清中CPK降低，MDA含量降低，SOD活性升高，组织中MDA含量亦降低，超微结构较前好转。

Methods Design and make a machine which can be used to perfuse kidney in vitro. Observe the effect of this machine on 6 rabbits' kidney.

The rat hearts were harvested and mounted on the Langendoff apparatus to perfuse with K-H buffer solution to estimate the leakage of enzymes of the myocardial tissue. Then they were arrested and stored in each preservation solution (4℃) for 8 hours.

采用Langendoff装置进行心脏保存前后的灌注，各实验组分别使用不同保存液灌停心脏并在低温条件下保存鼠心8 h，于灌停前及复灌后留取冠脉流出液测定心肌酶漏出量。

Ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood is dilued with olive oil.use the equivalent dosage of active compound sappanwood 35g, 45g, 55g/kg to intragastric administration;blank control group use 0.2ml/10g olive oil to intragastric administration.

We suggest three ways to improve the oxygen supply to slices under submerged conditions: optimizing chamber design for laminar flow of superfusion fluid; increasing the flow rate of superfusion fluid; and superfusing both surfaces of the slice.

Objective To observe the pathological changes and investigate the hepatocyte apoptosis relating with CYP2E1 in alcoholic liver diseaseof rat. Method the Model of Alcoholic liver Disease: Rats were randomly divided into model group(n=37)and control group(n=33). The dose of 40％ethanol was administerd at 8g/kg body weight by garage twice daily for 8 weeks in model group, and control group was received isovolume saline by gavage. End of 8th week, the activities of serum ALT and AST were detect by autobiochemistry instrument. The pathological changes of liver was observed under light microscope after HE staining, hepatocyte apoptosis was detected by the TUNEL method.

目的： 研究酒精性肝病细胞凋亡程度与细胞色素P4502E1表达的关系方法：用酒精灌胃法制备大鼠酒精性肝病模型，将70只wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(33只)和酒精灌胃组(37只)，连续灌胃8周后病理切片观察细胞凋亡程度，干化学法测定ALT、AST的含量变化，用PCR法测定细胞色素P450 2E1的表达变化。

Methods The mice were divided into three groups. The alimentotherapy group was received honey milk tea, the medicine group received ranitidine, and the blank control group received distilled water. All the mice were treated in 8 successive days.
