Methods: Experimental mice were perfused with different dosages of tetracycline. Eighteen hours later, the serum levels of ALT, AST were measured and the liver tissues were observed by photics microscope to find the relative suitable dosage that can obviously induce acute liver injury. Then the suitable dosage was given in the same way, and the levels of ALT, SOD, MDA, GSH-PS, IL-18 in serum were measured 18, 36, 54, 72 h later respectively. The condition of cell apoptosis was analyzed, and the tissues were observed by photics microscope and electron microscope to find the relative suitable time.

先以不同剂量四环素灌胃，18h后检测小鼠血清ALT、AST水平并进行光镜观察，探索导致明显急性肝损伤的相对合适剂量；再以相对合适剂量四环素灌胃，18、36、54、72h后分别检测小鼠血清ALT、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、IL-18水平及肝细胞凋亡情况，并进行光镜、电镜观察，探索导致明显急性肝损伤的相对合适时间及可能机制。

Regional cortical blood flow of cortex irradiated fell dramatically in the model of focal brain ischemia induced photochemically, to the level about 18% by control during ischemia 6h. But there were no changes in the unirradiated side.

光化学诱导局灶性鼠脑皮质缺血模型的光照区皮质灌流量显著下降，缺血6h时仅为缺血前的18%；而非光照侧半球的皮质灌流量无明显下降。

5Combined therapy group: the nude mice models were poured by Pien Tze Huang twice one day,for eight weeks,and we inject the lentiviruse-mediated KISS-1 whose dose was 100μl to the orthotopic site ,once three days,for two weeks.

联合治疗组（6只）：在KISS-1组的基础上，用片仔癀溶液对荷骨肉瘤裸鼠进行灌胃，每天灌2次（早晚各1次），共8周。

片仔癀组（6只）：使用片仔癀溶液对荷骨肉瘤裸鼠进行灌胃，每天灌2次（早晚各1次），共8周。

The rats of model group,acupointⅠgroup, acupointⅡgroup were treated with passive smoking.The rats of acupointⅠgroup,acupointⅡgroup were treated with placing Chinese medicine at the point of feishu,pishu for 5 hours or 10 hours after depilation.

治疗结束后观察支气管组织病理特征及细胞浸润情况，并对其进行气道炎症病理评分；酶联免疫吸附法测定被动吸烟大鼠肺泡灌洗液中α_1-抗胰蛋白酶、TNF-α、IL-8含量；黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定被动吸烟大鼠肺泡灌洗液SOD的活性、TBA法测定MDA的含量。

At the end of 12 and 18 weeks, rats were killed, taken the muscle of posterior limb, after separating the gastroenemius、soleus、plantaris, to prepare the frozen section of the each kind of muscle respectively to be confirmed to form the myopathy model by the histochemical stain.(3) RT-PCR、Western blot and immunohisto-chemistry stain were respectively used to detect the expression of NF-κB、MMP-2 and MMP-9 during different period.

2实验组用酒精给大鼠灌胃，对照组用含与酒精体积相等的生理盐水灌胃，两组均喂饲改良的全营养高脂饲料，于12周及18周后，取后肢肌肉，在分离出腓肠肌、比目鱼肌、跖肌后，将各类肌肉均分别地制备成冰冻切片和石蜡切片，经组织化学染色确认成模。

Results:The following phenomena were observed:the Ph, PaO2 of the model rabbits descended sharply, the PaCO2 increased lightly, the HR slowed down obviously, but the BR increased, the SBP and DBP of the model rabbits descended markedly, and the PS content decreased dramatically. The pneumonic pathology changes showed pneumorrhagia, atelectasis, shrink of alveolus and pulmonary hyaline membrane. The above results indicated that it accorded with the standard of I-type of acute respiratory distress syndrome.

结果：整肺灌洗后模型兔的血气pH、PaO2急剧下降，PaCO2 轻度上升，心率明显减慢而呼吸频率增加，SBP和DBP均明显下降；支气管肺泡灌洗液中PS含量明显下降；病理检查提示出现肺出血、肺不张、肺泡萎缩、透明膜形成等病变，符合Ⅰ型重症呼吸衰竭临床诊断标准。
