DATA SYNTHESIS:① Under high altitude, the body would generate stress reaction to hypoxia, that is the adaptive action of hypothalamus-adenohypophyseal-adrenal cortical axis, and the increase in the concentration of adrenocorticotrophic hormone to regulate the adaptability of body to stress stimulation, moreover, to induce the increase in releasing factor secretion.

资料综合：①高海拔状态下机体对低氧产生应激反应，表现为下丘脑―垂体―肾上腺皮质轴的适应性运转，血中促肾上腺皮质激素浓度增加，以调节机体对应激刺激的适应能力，同时使促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子分泌增加。

Methods: fifteen sd rats were randomly divided into five groups (n=3), and adrenalectomy was performed and anterior pituitary specimens were obtained after a week. anti gap 43 antibody and anti adrenocorticotrophic hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin and growth hormone antibodies were used in the double immunohistochemical staining.

将成年雄性sd大鼠15只随机分为5组(n=3)，手术切除大鼠双侧肾上腺，1 wk后取垂体前叶标本分别进行抗gap 43与抗促肾上腺皮质激素、促甲状腺激素、黄体生成素、催乳素、生长激素抗体的免疫组织化学双标染色，观察gap 43 li神经纤维与各腺细胞之间的关系。

The results indicated:0.1 mg/L 2,4-D or 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2 mg/L KT was optimal to induct the callus of carrot hypocotyls.The majority of the callus induced on the medium containing 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D regenerated embryoid,whereas,the callus induced on the medium containing 0.1 mg/L (2,4-D)+0.2 mg/L KT produced adventive buds.During the growth of regenerated plant,MS medium is available for rooting of seedling,and seedling regenerated on B5 medium must be placed on the B5 medium containing 0.1% IBA to develop root.

试验结果表明：0 1mg/L2，4 D或0 1mg/L2，4 D+0 2mg/LKT的激素组合有利于胡萝卜下胚轴的愈伤组织诱导；在0 1mg/L2，4 D的培养基上形成的愈伤组织主要以胚状体的形式再生，而在含0 1mg/L2，4 D+0 2mg/LKT激素组合的培养基上形成的愈伤组织主要以发生不定芽的方式再生；再生过程中，B5基本培养基上的苗子不易生根，需要附加0 1mg/L的IBA，而在MS培养基上苗子可直接形成根。
