The endogenous phytohormones of fissurate growth species-Reaumuria trigyna Maxim, Reaumuria soongorical Maxim and unfissurate growth species-Helianthemum soongoricum Schrenk living in the same place was studied.The contents of IAA, ZR are higher in the fissurate place of Reaumuria trigyna Maxim; The contents of GA3, ZR are higher in the fissurate place in Reaumuria soongorical but the content of endogenous phytohormones are higher in seedling of Helianthemum soongoricum Schrenk ,which illuminates endogenous phytohormones are higher in the actively growing parts and probably adjust the fissurate growth.

对同一生境条件下进行劈裂生长的长叶红沙、红沙和无壁裂生长现象的半日花内源激素的研究发现，长叶红沙在刚刚开始劈裂的过渡植株的壁裂发生部位累积IAA和ZR，红沙在刚刚开始劈裂的过渡植株的壁裂发生部位累积GA：；和ZR，半日花则是幼苗茎基部的激素含量较高，说明内源激素在生长旺盛部位含量较高，对劈裂生长的发生具有一定的调控作用。

为了进一步探究蒙古野驴的昼间行为规律，探讨其繁殖行为与生殖激素水平变化的关系，本论文在对蒙古野驴进行野外行为观察的基础上，分析研究了蒙古野驴昼间行为、行为的时间分配、行为节律、粪样生殖激素水平及昼间行为节律与激素水平的相关性。

Comparative studies of electroactive components and voltammetric behaviors different between the MCF-7 cell without estrogen and the MCF-7 cell with estrogen showed that the concentration of the guanine and xanthine bases in the cytoplasm decreased, which resulted in the decrease of secretion ability of the MCF-7 cell without estrogen decreased, and these result in the decreasing of the voltammetric response of the cells, impling that the cell vaibility decreases.

结果发现，去激素MCF-7细胞质中的黄嘌呤和鸟嘌呤浓度降低，使细胞分泌黄嘌呤和鸟嘌呤能力降低，导致细胞和细胞质的伏安信号减弱，说明去激素MCF-7细胞的活性下降；研究了标准雌激素雌二醇、环境雌激素壬基酚和双酚A对去激素培养的MCF-7细胞增殖的影响，发现其均存在剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系，并且雌激素效应由大到小的顺序为：雌二醇＞壬基酚＞双酚A；同时使用3-(4，5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2，5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide法验证了电化学法评价雌激素效应的可靠性。

方法用免疫酶标技术检测25例增生期血管瘤、14例消退期血管瘤、12例应用激素治疗后血管瘤、9例血管畸形及12例对照组患儿外周血清中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的浓度。结果25例增生期血管瘤患儿外周血清中bFGF浓度明显高于应用激素治疗后血管瘤、消退期血管瘤、血管畸形及对照组；消退期血管瘤和应用激素治疗后血管瘤患儿血清中bFGF浓度略高于血管畸形及对照组，但差异无显著性。

The result showed that different concentration of FSH and LH were needed for sheep oocytes IVM in different season Xinjiang. FSH 12.9ug/ml,LH0.86IU/ml is proper to sheep oocytes IVM in summer-autumn anestrous period. FSH 8.6ug/ml,LH0.57IU/ml is proper to sheep oocytes IVM in autumn oestrous period.

结果表明：新疆绵羊卵母细胞在不同的季节中，体外成熟所需的FSH、LH浓度不同，夏秋乏情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 12.9ug/ml，LH0.86IU/ml；秋季发情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 8.6ug/ml，LH0.57IU/ml；春季乏情季节适宜于体外成熟的激素浓度为FSH 8.6ug/ml，LH0.86IU/ml。
