本文观察到，在AngⅡ介导的心肌细胞肥大反应中，伴随着MAPK的激活， MKP-1蛋白表达增加，若以AT1受体阻断剂CV11974或MAPK激酶特异性抑制剂PD098059抑制MAPK激活，同时也抑制了MKP-1蛋白表达，提示MAPK的激活可能是MKP-1蛋白表达的诱导因素之一。

METHODS:Nitrite was determined based on Griess reaction. iNOS mRNA was analyzed using Northern blot. NFκB in the cell nucleole was detected with electrophoretic mobility shift assay.RESULTS:(1)NO production and iNOS mRNA expression induced by LPS and TNFα was blocked by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate or N-acetylcysteine.
