RESULTS: The right superior temporal gyrus (BA22), left medial frontal gyrus (BA46), followed by right and left postcentral gyrus of parietal lobe (BA2, BA3), left inferior frontal gyrus (BA45) and left inferior parietal lobule (BA40) were evoked by acupuncture at Taixi, but there was no activeation area after untwisting acupoint.

结果：捻转刺激太溪穴主要激活了右侧颞上回BA22，左侧的额中回BA46，其次为左右顶叶的中央后回BA2，BA3，左额叶的额下回BA45和左顶叶的顶下小叶BA40；而非捻转刺激则没有激活。

Right postcentral gyrus of frontal lobe(BA2,BA1),left inferior frontal gyrus (BA47),postcentral gyrus(BA43),right inferior parietal lobule(BA40),left superior temporal gyrus(BA22) and right insular(BA13) were evoked by twisting Shenmen point; But there were not evoked by acupuncture at nonpoint.

One-sample t test was used in profoundly congenital hearing loss infants and control group,the activated brain areas were:bilateral transverse temporal gyri, superior temporal gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,bilateral insular lobe,bilateral precentral gyrus,postcentral gyrus,bilateral cingulate gyrus,bilateral inferior parietal lobule,bilateral superior parietal lobule,bilateral superior frontal gyrus.

在对极重度感音神经性耳聋患儿和对照组进行组间比较发现，病人组数据减去对照组数据时可见激活的脑区主要有：双侧颞横回、双侧颞上回、双侧颞中回、双侧岛叶、双侧中央前、后回、双侧扣带回、双侧顶下小叶、双侧顶上小叶、双侧额上回等，提示极重度感音神经性耳聋患儿在接受刺激后动用了更多的脑区而且激活强度明显增加。

神门穴主要激活了右侧额叶的中央后回BA2、BA1，左侧额下回BA47和中央后回BA43，其次为右侧顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，左侧颞叶的颞上回BA22，右侧脑岛BA40；养老穴主要激活了左顶叶的顶下小叶BA40，右侧额叶的额下回BA45、BA46，其次为左侧颞中回、颞下回BA37，左额上回BA10。

Campared among the three match conditions,there are more activation levels of non-matches than identical matches in precuneus,and there are more activation areas for non-matcher than that of the categorical matches in frontal,occipital and medial temporal lobes.

从三种匹配条件之间的差异来看，不匹配和名字匹配相比，在楔前叶的激活显著；而不匹配与类别匹配相比，在额区、枕区和内侧颞区都有激活。

Results:The results largely conformed to previous studies and further confirmed the role of hippocampus, precuneus and posterior cingulate cortex in aMCI patients at rest,as well as that of the frontal lobe and medial temporal lobe structures in episodic memory.

It is concluded that the ability of recovered lyophilized platelets added with reversible activation?inhibitors, DMSO and trehalose to aggregate and coagulate has showed no significant difference as compared with FPRP. The reversible activation?inhibitors can decrease CD62p expression of lyophilized platelets, and may enhance their survival ability and prolongate survival time. Therefore the efficiency of lyophilizing platelets can be improved based on this freeze?drying procedure.
