The laser diode and the chip of the laser diode driver and the 4∶1 multiplexer,which are realized in different materials and processes,are fabricated on one same ceramic substrate using a film circuit to make up one opto-electronic integrated circuit,i.e.,an OEIC.The chip and the diode are realized with a 0.35μm CMOS process and with wet etching,polymer planar, and lift-off technologies, respectively.The module is encapsulated with a wing shell.

该发射机采用薄膜电路和激光焊接耦合技术将高速集成电路和光电子器件进行混合集成，其中高速集成电路是采用0.35μm硅CMOS工艺实现的单片4∶1复接器加激光驱动器芯片，光电子器件是采用湿法腐蚀、聚合物平坦和lift-off等技术实现的激光器芯片，最终混合集成模块采用蝶形管壳进行封装，体积小、性能优良。

FOG is one kind of laser gyroscopes. IT is based on the interferential theory of Sagnac. And its lamp-house is used with laser. A photic loop is made by fiber. In this paper, several methods are put forward, by which axial resolution of scan microscope could be improved. One is that detecting method of ordinary laser feedback is improved, the orthogonal polarized lights split by Wollaston prism are detected separately, comparing to the ordinary feedback, the axial resolution is improved about 2.9 times.

提出并实验研究了几种可以提高激光反馈扫描显微镜轴向分辨率的方法，一种方法是对常规激光反馈实验中的探测技术进行了改进，用渥拉斯顿棱镜把垂直偏振光分开探测，轴向分辨率可以提高约 2 9倍；另一种方法是用双频激光器中产生的偏振态相互垂直的o光和e光作为反馈光代替了传统的单一光的反馈，轴向分辨率被提高了约 2倍；第三种方法是用双频激光器中产生的o光或e光作为反馈光，轴向分辨率可以提高约 2 5倍。
