The effect of sleep improvement of the three dosages(570 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg)of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae was studied by the experiments of sleep-induced directly, prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium, affecting mouse sleeping rate under the threshold hypnogenesis dosage of pentobarbital sodium and affecting sleeping delitescence induced by tobarbital sodium. The content of 5-HT in the brain of mouse was measured by fluorescence assay.

通过直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验，比较低、中、高3个剂量（570 ，1 000 及2 000 mg/kg）酸枣仁粉剂对小鼠睡眠的影响，并且用荧光法测定小鼠脑中 5-羟色胺含量。

The result showed that the female immature rat's independent activity times were decreased, the drop asleep delitescence caused by pentobarbital sodium was shortened, the sleep times were prolonged, the twisting times caused by glacial acetic acid were decreased, the surviving time of swimming were prolonged, and the weight of body, uterus and ovaries were increased by female silkworm moth.

Gene mutations were detected in 25 patients and a 18-year-old girl among 16 families. Trinucleotide repeats of CAG were 73～79. 结果检出10个家系25例病人及1例症状前18岁女孩有MJD基因突变，CAG三核苷酸重复73～79次，异常等位基因片段长380～402bp，均为杂合子；正常人CAG三核苷酸重复18～40次，等位片段长200～270bp，电生理发现MJD的SCV减慢比MCV明显，而下肢的MCV、SCV又较上肢明显，BAEP、VEP均有不同程度的潜伏期延长或波的异常；MJD的父亲遗传早于母亲，进展也较块，临床以小脑性共济失调为突出症状，其次为构音障碍、突眼等，肌肉萎缩仅见于晚期病人；MRI示小脑萎缩较明显，脑干萎缩并不严重，未见明显的颈髓萎缩。

RESULT: In vitro, TISE at the concentrations of 760 and 380 mgL-1 had significant antagonistic effect on the normal bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine as well as on the sensitized bronchus slice contraction caused by egg albumin, but had no effect on the contraction caused by acetylcholine. in vivo, TISE at doses of 25 and 18 mgkg-1 could significantly prolong the latent period of expiratory dyspnea, tic and falling down caused by egg albumin in sensitized guinea pigs.

结果：离体实验，TISE 760，380 mgL-1对组胺致正常豚鼠气管片的收缩具有对抗作用，对卵白蛋白所致的致敏豚鼠支气管平滑肌收缩有极显著的抑制作用(P＜0.01)，而对乙酰胆碱所致气管片收缩无明显影响；整体实验，TISE 25，18 mgkg-1可显著延长卵白蛋白所致的致敏豚鼠呼吸困难、抽搐和跌倒的潜伏期(P＜0.01)。
