MethodsⅠMaximal electroshock seizure was adopted to analyse the relative of dose and effect, relative of time and effect, including maximal efficacy and potency of these five extractives in mice given by ig administration.ⅡMetrazol seizure test was used to compare seizure latency, anticonvulsant rate and mortality of mice with every extractives.ⅢPharmacodynamic parameters of five alcoholic extractives were assayed by means of Pharmacological Effective Method.ⅣUsing the model of seizure rats induced by penicillin localized injected in cortex,we studied the effect of extractives on seizure latency, frequency of epileptiform discharge, highest wave of hippocampus EEG(Recoded by RM6240C multichannel physiological signal collection and analysis recorde), the changes of convulsant behaviors and the latency of seizure.

方法①采用最大电休克惊厥模型，分析灌胃小鼠各药的量效和时效关系，比较其效价强度和效能；②采用戊四唑惊厥模型，比较ig小鼠各药的惊厥潜伏期、抗惊厥率和死亡率；③采用药效法，运用数学模式及参数来模拟各药在体内的药效动力学过程；④制备大鼠皮层定位注射青霉素点燃模型，采用RM6240C型多道生理信号采集处理系统记录脑电图，比较ig各药对痫性发作潜伏期及发作程度、痫性放电潜伏期、痫波发放频率及最高波幅的影响；⑤采用HPLC法测定海马区癫痫相关递质的含量，比较各药对Glu、Asp、Gly、GABA的影响。

On the 3 rd day after operation, compared with group C, the latency period and swimming distance of group O, group Hup extended further, while compared with group O,the latency period and swimming distance of group Hup shortened (P.05);Compared with group C, the extending degree of the latency period and swimming distance of group O decreased on the 7 th day after operation.

结果 术后1 d进行水迷宫测试，与C组比较，A组、O组潜伏期和游泳距离均延长(P.05)；术后3 d，与C组比较，O组、Hup组潜伏期和游泳距离进一步延长，而Hup组与O组比较，潜伏期和游泳距离均缩短(P.05)；术后7 d，O组与C组比较，潜伏期和游泳距离延长程度缩小。

The results showed: taurine has no significant effects on the numbers of erection, mounting, intromission and ejaculation, the latent periods of erection and catching in young rats, but can significantly increase the numbers of erection, mounting and ejaculation, obviously decrease the latent periods of erection and catching in old rats.

结果证明：牛磺酸对青年大鼠勃起次数、勃起潜伏期、乘骑次数、插入次数、射精次数、捕捉潜伏期没有影响，但可显著提高老年大鼠勃起次数、乘骑次数、射精次数，明显缩短勃起潜伏期和捕捉潜伏期。

Methods: the animal model was produced by means of putting special moulds on the male rats being bred in cages separately. Using CHAIHUSHUGAN POWDER as trial drug to smooth the circulation of liver-Qi, the targets such as oltaction-licking latency % intromission latency, intromission frequency, ejaculation latency,ejaculation frequency, post-ejaculation interval had been observed. Fluorospectrophotometry had been used to measure the content of 5-HT in respective specimen which had been produced by separating plasm, fluid of broken platelets from rats venous blood and homogenating the hypothalami.

Results Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the cough latent period and cough times within 3 min and increase phenol red secretion from trachea in cough model induced by ammonia water. Wenshen Kechuan Tablets could significantly prolong the asthma latent period and relieve spasm in guinea pigs with histamine-acetylcholine-induced asthma, prolong spasm latent period and reduce shock attack and lung overfall volume in guinea pigs with ovalbumin-induced asthma.

结果 温肾咳喘片可显著延长氨水致咳小鼠的引咳潜伏期、减少3 min内的咳嗽次数，增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量，明显延长组胺－乙酰胆碱致敏豚鼠的引喘潜伏期、减少抽搐动物数，延长卵白蛋白致喘豚鼠抽搐潜伏期和减少跌倒休克豚鼠数，减少卵白蛋白致敏麻醉大鼠的肺溢流量。

In Wistar rats, latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05); and latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 2-week transplantation was prolonged (P.05); while latent period of b-wave in scotopic maximum response after 1-week transplantation was shorten (P.05). In RCS rats, amplitude of a-wave in scotopic rod response and photopic response after 4-week transplantation was increased (PO.05); while latent period of a-wave in scotopic rod response after 4-week transplantation was shorten (PO.05).Conclusion 1. At the age of 3 months, photoreceptors of the RCS rat degenerated completely, which leaded to the reduction of amplitudes of a-wave and b-wave.

In subliminal affective priming task, there were no significant differences of correct rates and latencies between alexithymic and nonalexithymic,while on the both two SOA levels (200ms and 300ms) of supraliminal priming task, the mean response latencies of alexithymic were longer than those of nonalexithymic.(4) In both subliminal and supraliminal affective priming tasks, P2 and P3 were elicited by both alexithymic and nonalexithymic during performing the affective priming task.
