RESULTS: VA of all the patients were improved in varying degrees. There were no significant changes in IOP and filtering bleb after 12 years followup.

结果：白内障术后的视力均有不同程度的提高，术后随访1～2a，眼压、滤过泡无明显改变。

Objective To observe the role of anti-TGF-β2 antibody in the cell cycle of cultured fibroblasts in filtering bleb.

目的 观察抗转化生长因子－β2抗体（抗TGF-β2抗体）对体外培养的滤过泡成纤维细胞周期的影响。

The conclusion was drawn by the synthesis of molecular sieve: after mixed soluble glass and aluminium sulfate with proper proportion under room temperature, it was stirred stormily to react. And then we mixed with potassium hydroxide solution after filtrating. At last, the molecular sieves of potassium type was synthesized after the mixture reacted in the oven or autoclave for 24 hours. The molecular sieve was remodeled more than twice with ammonium chloride solution that the concentration was 3mol/L and then remodeled twice with the saturated sodium chloride solution. Finally the molecular sieve was changed into the sodium type. It was named W zeolite.

通过对分子筛的合成得到：以泡花碱、硫酸铝为原料，以硅铝比按一定比例于室温下将二者混合，激烈搅拌，抽滤后与氢氧化钾溶液混合放于烘箱或高压釜中高温晶化24小时，晶化后的分子筛为钾型，先后用3mol/L氯化铵溶液和饱和食盐水各对其改型两次以上，最后改为钠型，可制得W型沸石分子筛。

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

METHODS HP strains were obtained by culture from patients Vero cell intracytoplasmic vacuolization was induced by Broth Culture Filtrate ( BCF, 0.22um pore filter) of 43 of 62 HP strains obtained from patients.
