In this paper, we construct the differential equation to solve the unconstrained optimization problem. Such methods solving the ill-conditioned problems are very effective. It indicates that the asymptotically stable region of explicit the Euler method to solve the differential equation equals to the descent region of the gradient method to solve the original unconstrained optimization problem.

我们发现，在用Euler方法求解二次优化问题的等价动力系统的方程时，由方法的步长确定的稳定区域对应于这些方法所得到的迭代公式的步长满足单调下降算法的条件确定的单调下降区域，因此我们可以利用这个性质构造解无约束优化问题的数值方法而不采用标准的常微分方程的数值求解公式。

Digital image processing technology,the present reseach level about image alarm system is to separate eyewinker from monitoring image,and to judge whether the eyewinker is harmful according to the size of the area of object,this method is imprecise and suspectable.The image recgnition alarm system isan apply on image processing technology.when a foreign object enter monitoring place,we will segment、measure object,and analysis、judge through proportion characer or invariant monent.the result of the parameter will decide whether the eyewinker is harmful,if the object is harmful ,system will auto-startalarm device.

而本设计的主要特点是基于了数字图像处理技术，目前传统图像报警系统的研究水平是将异物从监控图像中分离出来，然后依据异物面积的大小来判断异物是否有害，它对异物有害的判断十分不准确，这种判断结果的有效性是很值得怀疑的；针对于这些弊端，本课题在数字图像处理技术上的应用是对监控场所进行全景监控，如有异物进入，对异物进行分割、测量，从不同的角度进行了分析和判断，进而决定异物是否有害，若满足场景所规定的有害条件，则启动报警装置，发出报警信息。

If there ia not have found any eyewinker, Vidicon will collect new simulate image and make processing.

本设计是将摄像机或高频头采集到的模拟图像经过视频采集卡数字化后送入计算机或DSP芯片，利用计算机对采集到的一定时间段内的图像进行异物获取，并对异物图像进行数字图像处理：利用图像区域分割和边缘检测以便进行面积和周长的计算，利用图像平滑去除噪声的影响，利用动态背景运动检测法和图像配准技术克服光线的影响，并通过异物的各类参数（如面积、周长、圆形度、比例特征和不变矩等）的计算，采用最小范数分类法设计了线性分类器，利用图像匹配技术对异物进行分类，从而判断异物是否有害，针对于不同的背景，若异物满足有害物体的特征要求，则认为物体有害，自动启动报警装置，如果没有发现有害异物则新摄入的图像将取代前一时间段的图像再进行图像处理。
