本文基于这一概念，在满意度模型的基础上，提出了我国高校学生满意度指数测评的基础模型。

For high product involvement consumption, the findings indicated that the more aggressively of reconfirmation and on-line complaint handling of the web shops did, the more satisfactorily of consumer felt, no matter what degree of customer's self-image was. And the degree of satisfaction for those with high self-image consumers was higher than those with low self-image. For the high self-monitoring individuals, there existed the positive relationship between web shop interactive services and consumer satisfaction.

研究发现，在产品涉入程度高的消费中，无论消费者自我形象特质为何，购后再确认及线上抱怨处理服务之积极度与消费者满意度有正关联，且高自我形象者之满意度高於低自我形象者；对於高自我检校者，无论其自我形象特质及产品涉入程度为何，厂商积极的互动回应对消费者的满意度亦有提升之效果。

The result indicated that the service quality of engine overhaul shop v.s customers' satisfaction had significant difference;the interaction of service quality and organization performance of engine overhaul shop v.s customers' satisfaction had significant difference;and different service point distance、organization scale and customers' military rank v.s service quality 、organization performance and customers' satisfaction all had no significant difference.

研究结果发现：发动机修护工厂的服务品质对顾客满意度有显著差异；服务品质与组织效能两因素的交互作用对顾客满意度均有显著差异；及不同的服务点距离、组织规模与顾客阶级服务品质、组织效能与顾客满意度等均无显著差异，在所有24项假说中检定不成立者计3项、成立与部分成立者亦计21项；另由各变数之积差相关分析得知，服务品质构面之有形性因素与各因素间为微弱或无相关，顾客后续行为意图与其他各因素大都为低度相关，其余因素间的相关性大体上均为中、高度相关。

This Research adopted the empirical approach of study, collecting the building construction projects, such as schools, hospitals, airports, substations, official buildings, parking lots, dwelling and living quarter with the projected budget over NT$50 million from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Department of Health, Construction and Planning Agency, National Police Agency, Department of Rapid Transit System, City Governments and County Governments.The study uses survey through questionnaires, and adopting Eviews software to do the "Multiple-Regression-Analysis", in order to know the significant factors that influence owner's overall satisfaction, so as to provide the government to promote the quality of public building construction.

本研究采用共搜集教育部、交通部、经济部、卫生署、营建署、警政署、捷运局、县市政府等部会，包括学校、医院、航空站、变电所、办公大楼、停车场、住宅、宿舍等自采购法实施以来迄95年底前完工，工程经费在5000万元以上之公共建筑工程，藉由文献回顾及专家访谈，初步获得业主整体满意度影响因子，再以公共建筑工程业主为主要研究对象，藉问卷调查方式，搜集影响业主整体满意度之问卷资料后，采用计量分析软体Eviews进行复回归分析，建构出公共建筑工程业主整体满意度影响模式，并探讨各项影响指标之显著性，以反映出公共工程业主之需求，期望能提供相关单位未来应用时之参考，提升公共建筑工程品质。

According to the facts of the influence on students' satisfaction of web-based learning, we found out that student's average participation hour in web-based learning has positive correlation on the learning satisfaction. It shows the more participation in web-based learning, the higher satisfaction of web-based learning.

二、於影响国立空大学生网路学习满意度的因素中，学生背景构面其分析结果显示学生每周参与网路学习的平均时数与学习满意度呈正相关，表示学生参与网路学习的时间愈久，学期数愈多，则对网路学习的满意度就愈高。

Results:①While the score of whole subjective well-being was higher than average, the scores of life satisfaction, positive emotion and negative emotion were lower than average. On the other hand, teenager's internet behavior was on normal level.②There were differences in whole subjective self-being, life satisfaction and negative emotion between internet addiction disorder and non-disorder.③Whole subjective well-being, life satisfaction and negative emotion were all slightly predicted by internet behavior.

结果：①青少年主观幸福感总体水平较高，但生活满意度、积极情感、消极情感水平较低；青少年网络行为处于正常水平；②总体主观幸福感、生活满意度、消极情感在网络成瘾和非网络成瘾之间存在显著差异，但在积极情感维度上差异不显著；③网络行为对总体主观幸福感、生活满意度、消极情感作出显著预测，但预测力较微弱。

The methods used are time and motion study by using stopwatch, participated observation, in-depth interview, Delphi.

然而，本研究欲探讨旅馆房务部人力资源的运用及管理，因此针对一家个案观光旅馆之房务员的洁房作业进行动作与时间研究，将所测量所得的时间视为工作绩效之一，目的在於制定洁房的标准时间及标准作业流程，并深入探讨影响房务员洁房时间的因素，同时本研究也想了解房务员之工作满意度及服务态度与其洁房时间的关系，因此本研究亦采用参与观察及深度访谈来搜集个案房务员对工作满意度与服务态度之质化资料，同时运用专家意见法来评量个案房务员之工作绩效，藉以探讨个案房务员之工作满意度、服务态度与工作绩效之间的关系。
