As for coseismic deformation of Chi-Chi earthquake, the footwall of Chelungpu Fault moved southeastwards 0.3-1.5 m, and the value was increasing toward the fault; the hanging wall moved northwestwards 1.4-7.0 m, but the value was smaller south of the Choshui River. After the Chi-Chi earthquake, the hanging wall of Chelungpu Fault was still moving west-northwestwards and kept uplifting, while the footwall gradually changed direction from ESE to WSW or even WNW, clockwise resuming to inter-seismic deformation pattern. It is interesting to notice that despite the largest coseismic deformation in the northernmost segment of Chelungpu Fault, the post-seismic deformation peaked around the epicenter of Chi-Chi earthquake.

集集地震之同震变形，在车笼埔断层下盘向东南方向位移0.30~1.5 m，且越靠近断层位移量越大；车笼埔断层上盘则向西北方向大幅位移约1.4~7.0 m，浊水溪以南的位移量较小；集集地震以后之震后变形型态，以车笼埔断层为分界，上盘在震后向西北西方向位移的型态仍与同震时相同，下盘由同震时一致性的向东南东方向，逐步向西北西或西南西方向位移，亦即在车笼埔断层下盘有逐步依顺时针方向回归至震间的滑移型态；另就位移速率而言，虽然同震变形最大地区在车笼埔断层北端，但其震后的变形量最大地区，却集中於震央位置附近；就地震循环而言，震后的6年期间仍处於地层压密重整阶段，尚未回归至该区震间阶段的位移状态。

Sea ice severe degree and disaster in Bohai Sea from 1950 through 2007 promulgated by State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China has been summarized. According to these reports and bulletins involved with sea ice severe degree and disaster, the statistical means of 5-year moving average are applied, the feedback of sea ice disaster to the societal activity in every National Five-year Plan has been exhibited, the relation between sea ice disaster and sea ice severe degree has been quantificationally analyzed. Some conclusions have been derived as follows: sea ice disaster appeared proportionably to industrial activity and sea ice severe degree, but inverse proportionnably to the understandings of cognition of defending in sea ice disasters; so that the weaken sea ice conditions could not inevitably result in the loosening of sea ice disaster.

通过归纳整理1950年以来渤海海冰冰情等级以及国家海洋局公报内的海冰灾害，并应用五年滑移平均，以反映中国"五年计划"的社会活动与海冰灾害之间的响应，定量分析海冰灾害发生率同海冰冰情等级的关系，发现工业活动的频繁程度同海冰灾害发生率成正比；人类重视程度同海冰灾害发生率成反比；海冰冰情等级与海冰灾害发生率成正比；当海冰冰情等级减轻时，海冰灾害发生率并不一定减少。

To the condition of deviation from side path when vehicles are turning and braking, according to the deviation distance, the control strategies and control algorithms of vehicle braking stability by two control methods, yaw moment and active steering, are determined. The fuzzy controller are designed whose outputs can be adjusted online according to the variation of slip rate and dynamic proportionality factor. The simulation results prove that the method of fuzzy control which is based on the yaw meoment and front wheel active steering can improve vehicle braking stability and ability of path tracking.

针对汽车在转弯制动时出现的侧向路径偏离状况，根据偏离量大小，利用横摆力矩和主动转向两种控制模式分别进行汽车制动稳定性控制，确立了两种控制模式下的控制策略和控制算法，设计了模糊控制器，根据轮胎最优滑移率变化状况，对模糊输出变量论域的大小按照动态比例系数进行实时在线调整，仿真实验验证了所提出的基于横摆力矩和前轮主动转向的模糊控制方法能提高汽车制动稳定性和路径跟踪能力。

Under the condition of not considering the local topology effect and using a simplified layer velocity structure , we obtain the following results:(1) For a vertical strike-slip fault, the stations located on the parallel side of the slip , the transvers component ground motions show faster attenuation than the radial component motions.

Based on the load-slip curves, the propagation of debonding was analyzed and a mathematical model was founded using Stang's theory to calculate the debonding parameters. The maximum load was attained and agreed well with the experimental results.

To better fit the lower amplitude P waveform, we employed two different weights for the P wave and surface wave arrivals, respectively. A grid search method was employed to find the strike, dip and slip of the earthquake that best fit the three-component records of P and surface waveforms recorded (the tangential component of the P-wave arrivals was not used). Synthetic waveforms were computed with an F-K method. Two crustal velocity models were used in the synthetic calculation to reflect a rapid east-west transition in crustal structure observed by seismic and geological studies in the study area.

Based on this information, offspring from 10 crosses where parents were known were genotyped by the 6 microsatellite loci and used for parentage analysis. The result showed that assignment success of the progeny to their 'true' mother and father was 88% and 78% respectively, which were lower than predicted by the Cervus simulations. This could be explained by the existence of null or mutant alleles and by Taq DNA Polymerase slippage in the microsatellite loci.

Treating with coils as aeolotropy, this paper brings forward a set of mathematical mode for computing internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil coiling, in which some factors are taken into account, such as the transverse distribution of shape, crown and curl tension of the strip, the friction between the strip and the reel, the friction between strips, and etc. Because the reel shrinkage and the inner circle of the strip losing radial restrain and circumferential restrain can induce interlayer slipping and the change of the whole coil compactedness , the assumption concerned ——"virtual reel" in the process of coil uncoiling is put forward, which takes the form of slow action to express the uncoiling process and, therefore clearly simulates the variation course of internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil uncoiling.
