We report a case of primary synovial sarcoma of the kidney showing the following imaging patterns: The tumor occupied the entire left kidney, invaded into the left renal vein and inferior vena cava, and the tumor thrombus extends upward to the level of right atrium, downward to infrarenal IVC.
