Focused on many problems existing in pressure control system of drilling pipe friction welding,such as high failure rate and poor amenability,the basic principles of friction welding and electro-hydraulic proportional technique were briefly described.

In addition ,the thesis deals with amount of components devices and calculations ,including :(1) Choice of the main shaft and disposal of transmission , by doing so to ensure the accuracy of components machining in process when the main shaft rotating;(2)The device and check of the transmission shaft ,so it can assure the rigidity of the shaft is allowable ;(3) Gear device and calculations ,check the performance in the strength and rigidity of it ;headstock is a very important part in this thesis ,the design of it here not only ensures the rationality 、equipoise and stability of the motion of the slipway ,but also satisfies the requirements of different work environment .

液压装置的设计液压滑台、定位夹紧装置均为液压控制。并采用了许多液压控制阀，保证了运动的平衡性，循环性和精确性。另外，本文还涉及到大量的设计和计算，包括：（1）、主轴的选择和传动布置，以保证加工过程中被加工零件的精度；（2）、传动轴的设计和校核，以保证轴的刚度；（3）、齿轮的设计、计算，对齿轮的强度和刚度进行校核；多轴箱部分是本次设计的重要环节，本次设计中它的设计既要保证工作台的运动的合理、平衡和准确，又要满足工作要求。

The environmental laboratory has 1,110 m 2 , in the possession of 20 advanced test equipments that both from China and other countries such as USA , France , Italy , Japan , etc. The speed of decreasing temperature could reach 15 ℃/min, the raising speed of temperature could reach 30 ℃/min and be capable of adjustment continuously. 29 m 3 test box could test temperature, temperature and humidity for large electrician and electronic equipment. The speed of raising temperature could reach 6 ℃/min at best. Vibration test equipment include slipway, it could carry through three axis vibration, and the minimum thrust force is 5 tons.

Combining theory with experiment, as well as referring to the research results about the sideslip from the former correlative fruits, to the wheel location parameters, especially the quantitative relation between the wheel camber angle, the wheel toe-in and the measure of the sideslip have been further researched.

根据上述理论分析，提出了在侧滑检测中给汽车施加纵向力的方法，即模拟汽车实际行驶时车身所受到的空气阻力，目的是侧滑检测中汽车通过侧滑台时提高汽车的驱动力，以使汽车的车轮定位参数更接近于汽车实际行驶时的状态。

However, experiment indicate that the result of the detection method is inaccurate and anamorphic.

本文讨论了双板分动式侧滑台对轴间侧滑量的检测，在假定条件下，通过数学计算可求出轮间和轴间侧滑量，但实验结果却表明这种检测方法测量结果重复性差、失真较大。
