Methods The mouse models bearing S180 sarcoma were treated with cadmium chloride with dosages of 0.25,1.00 and 4.00 mg.kg-1,the anti-tumor effect was evaluated by calculating of tumor weight;spleen and thymus indexes,carbon phage assay,lymphocyte transformed assay and hematolysis assay were used to measure the effect of cadmium chloride on immune function.

应用0.25、1.00及4.00 mg.kg-1的氯化镉处理S180肉瘤小鼠模型，检测瘤重确定氯化镉对S180肉瘤的抑瘤作用，采用胸腺指数、脾脏指数、碳粒廓清试验、淋巴细胞转化实验、半数溶血素实验检测小鼠免疫功能的变化。

In order to observe the effect of the chicken hydrolytic protein on immune function of mice, the NIH impuberal mice and mice were perfused stomachs with the samples separately at the cencentration of 0.28 and 0.56g/kg.d sustaining 7 or 14 days.

以健康NIH幼鼠和小鼠为模型，分别按0.28g0.56g／kg.d每天灌胃鸡水解蛋白一次，连续7d或14d后，观察鸡水解蛋白对胸腺指数、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬指数、吞噬百分率和溶血素生成水平等指标的影响。

Methods The experimental mouse was injected with high, middle, and low dosages of marasmius androsaceus po1ysaccharide 5, 10, 20 mg kg^(-1d^(-1) in the abdomen, and the comparison group was given the same volume of saline water i. p. once a day. After treatment for 14 consecutive days, the blood cell count instrument was used to measure the mice hemogram, the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage and the ability of carbon granular clearance were observed., the ability of the spleen lymphocytes proliferation was tested by MTT, and the hemolysin production test was used to evaluate the influence of MA polysaccharide on specific humoral immunity in mice.

小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的鬼毛针多糖5， 10， 20 mgkg^(-1d^(-1)，对照组给予等量生理盐水，每天给药1次，连续14d后，用血细胞计数仪检测小鼠血象；用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、碳粒廓清实验观察小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬能力；采用MTT法测定小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖能力；采用血清溶血素形成实验观察鬼毛针多糖对小鼠特异性体液免疫功能的影响。

Methods Anti-DNase B antibodies of 87 patients with acute rheumatic fever and 202 rheumatic heart disease patients with rheumatic activity were detected with anti-DNase B antibody microtitration test,and compared with antistreptolysin "O" test.

QHS values were achieved with spleen cell mediated sheep red cell spectrophotometer quantitative assay.
