Compared with control,①the mean tumor weight of H22 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01,P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 30%;②the mean tumor weight of S180 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;③the mean tumor weight of EAC of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose groups were above 38%;④the mean tumor weight of Lewis carcinoma of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly(P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10、5 g/kg dose groups were above 36%;⑤the mean tumor weight of W256 of SXKA Granules three dose groups were decreased significantly ( P.01, P.05),and the mean inhibition rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 32%;⑵Compared with control,SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups had extended the survial time of the P388-bearing mice respectively(P.01),and the mean prolong rates of SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups were above 50%;⑶Compared with S180-bearing group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could increase the weight of thymus and spleen, Spleen index and thymus index were increased, SXKA Granules 5 g/kg dose group could increase thymus index(P.05);⑷As Compared with control group, SXKA Granules 20、10 g/kg dose groups could improve mouse serum half hemolysis value depressed by transplanted tumor dramatically(P.01), which revealed the SXKA granules could improve the mouse humoral immunity system;⑸SXKA Granules 20 g/kg dose group could increase of englobe indexαon S180-bearing mice remarkably(P.01), which indicated the SXKA Granules could improve their cellular immunity system.

对荷W256大鼠，生兴克癌冲剂20、10、5 g / kg三组的平均瘤重明显低于对照组(P.01，P.05)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g / kg组的平均肿瘤抑制率均大于32 %；⑵与空白对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg能显著地延长移植小鼠白血病P388小鼠的存活天数(P.01)，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g/ kg对荷白血病P388小鼠生命延长率均在50%以上；⑶与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂对荷瘤鼠的免疫器官重量、胸腺指数和脾指数有一定的提高趋势，其中生兴克癌冲剂5 g / kg组对荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数有一定的提高作用(P.05)；⑷与S180荷瘤组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20、10 g /kg组可提高由荷瘤引起的小鼠血清半数溶血素值的降低(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠体液免疫功能；⑸与对照组相比，生兴克癌冲剂20 g /kg组可提高荷S180肉瘤小鼠的免疫吞噬系数α值(P.01)，表明其可提高荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能。

Methods: To detect the spleen index, the thoracic gland index, and erythrocytolysin of the mouse.

运用免疫实验方法检测了正常小鼠空白组和实验组在脾指数、胸腺指数和溶血素水平等方面的测定。

Objective: To observe the influence of ephedran on erythrocytolysin antibody formation of mouse caused by sheep erythrocyte and explore the effect of ephedran on the immune function of the mouse.

目的：观察麻黄多糖对绵羊红细胞所致小鼠溶血素生成的影响，以了解麻黄多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Abstract］ Objective: To observe the influence of ephedran on erythrocytolysin antibody formation of mouse caused by sheep erythrocyte and explore the effect of ephedran on the immune function of the mouse.

目的：观察麻黄多糖对绵羊红细胞所致小鼠溶血素生成的影响，以了解麻黄多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Results 6.3 mg/kg diazinon decreased the number of IgMplaque forming cell,blood serum erythrocytolysin level and DTH to SRBC.12.5,25 mg/kg dizainon could decrease the relative weight of thymus at about 20%,the number of IgMplaque forming cell at about 39% and 52%,the blood serum erythrocytolysin level at about 15% and 20%,the DTH to SRBC at about 33% and 35%,the ability of T lymphocyte proliferation at about 27% and 35%,the activity of NK cell at about 24% and 28%,respectively.

结果 敌匹硫磷染毒4周后，6.3 mg／kg组小鼠的体液免疫功能和迟发型变态反应受到抑制；12.5，25 mg/kg组小鼠的胸腺脏器系数均降低20％，抗体生成细胞数分别降低39%和52％，血清溶血素水平分别降低15％和20％，迟发型变态反应水平分别降低33％和35％，淋巴细胞增殖能力分别下降27％和35％，NK细胞活性分别下降24％和28％。

Methods 1. The mice were divided into control and 3 Ganodermalucidum spores oil groups (at low, moderate and high doses), orally given forconsecutive 30 days. The body, spleen, thymus weight were observed, study on theeffect of the drug on the cellular immune function by proliferation and transformationof spleen lymphocytes test; study on the effect of the drug on the humoral immunefunction of mice by serum erythrocytolysin test; study on the effect of the drug on themononuclear macrophage function by carbon clearance and neutral red test.

实验方法 1设玉米油对照组和低、中、高三个灵芝孢子油剂量组，连续灌胃30天后观察小鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏重量指数；采用吞噬中性红和碳廓清实验测定对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞功能的影响；血清溶血素实验测定对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响；ConA诱导脾淋巴细胞转化实验测定对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响；MTT法测定对小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性、脾细胞产生TNF-α和IL-2含量的影响。

The immune function was evaluated with T lymphocyte proliferation,NK cell activity assay,IgMplaque forming cell assay,blood serum erythrocytolysin assay and delayedtypehypersensitivity to SRBC.

采用T淋巴细胞增殖和迟发型变态反应来评价细胞免疫功能，采用血清溶血素测定和抗体生成细胞检测来评价体液免疫功能，采用乳酸脱氢酶法测定自然杀伤细胞活性来评价非特异性免疫功能。

The acute toxicity andmain organs of pathological section for 30 days were observed. Result 1. Ganoderma lucidum spores oil at 0.20g/kg, 0.40g/kg, 1.20g/kg dose couldsignificantly promote the lymphocyte transformation, raise clearance index numberand phagocytic index number, enhance the activity of NK cells and the level of TNF-α, IL-2 in spleen. Ganoderma lucidum spores oil at high dose and middle dose couldsignificantly enhance the serum erythrocytolysin level.

实验结果 1低、中、高灵芝孢子油组(0.20g／kg，0.40g／kg，1.20g／kg)均可提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬指数及碳廓清指数，促进ConA诱发脾淋巴细胞转化，增强小鼠NK细胞活性，提高脾细胞产生TNF-α和IL-2的能力；高、中剂量灵芝孢子油可提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平。

METHOD: The following tests were made:①test with of hemopoietic inhibition induced by cyclophosphamide on mice,②Carban particles clearance test,③Erythrolysin formetien test,④Swimming test,⑤Hypoxia test,⑥Sedation test,⑦Hypnosis test.

①由环磷酸胺引起的小鼠造血系统抑制模型；②小鼠碳粒廓清试验；③小鼠溶血素形成试验；④小鼠游泳试验；⑤小鼠耐缺氧试验；⑥小鼠旷野活动试验；⑦由戊巴比妥钠引起的小鼠催眠模型。
