In the aspects of research method, we took the method of preparing sol at first and then impregnating the wood to obtain ceramic-wood composite; this method made the wood use efficiently and increased the wood's weight gain percent. The ceramic-wood composite with performances of well decay resistance, dimensional stability, effloresce resistance and high strength was obtained by importing the cymene to the net of gel as the result of co-hydroxylation between MTES and TEOS. Making use of XPS ,we found that the apex of Si2p、O1s、C1s had evident chemical shift , which validated the existence of Si-O-C bonding.Key Words: Sol-gel, Ceramic-wood composite, Modified sol, Ecomaterials
在工艺方法上,采用先制备溶胶,然后浸注木材的工艺方法具有原料利用率高、提高增重率的优点;采用甲基三乙氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯共水解的方法,将甲基引入陶瓷化复合木材的凝胶内部,所制备的材料具有尺寸稳定性好、具有耐风化和耐腐朽性,强度高的特点;首次利用X射线光电子能谱,发现了Si2p、O1s和C1s谱峰发生了明显的化学位移,证实了Si-O-C键合作用的存在。

The composite film appeared semitransparent and brown to yellow from optical microscopy. Results show that shorter time sol-heating results in thiner film with less surface roughness, less conglutination to base, and easily to disconnect, while longer time sol-heating results in thicker film with better conglutination to base and worse roughness. RDX distributes in the film everywhere on the whole but discretely on the scale of 2.4 μm according to EDS results. XRD curve of RDX/RF film shows the superposition of RF non-crystal bread curve and RDX crystals diffraction curve. RDX diffraction peaks are broadened and its crystal size is calculated to be lower to 43 nm.
实验所得薄膜半透明,呈棕红色至黄色;实验表明,溶胶恒温加热时间较短时,所得薄膜的单层厚度较小,较平整,但附着力小,干燥后易脱落;恒温加热时间较长时,所得薄膜的单层厚度较大,不易脱落,但表面平整性较差;能谱测试表明,薄膜中的RDX整体上分布较为均匀,但在测试点位间距为2.4μm的微观尺度上呈离散状分布;XRD测试表明,RDX/RF复合物薄膜表现为RF的非晶态馒头峰与RDX衍射峰的叠加,RDX衍射峰明显宽化,其晶粒度可低至43 nm。

The styrene-acrylate spheres were coated with the TiO2 colloidal particles via electrostatic effect and hydrogen bond interactions with the increase of aging time, thus the film-forming capability of the solution was changed. The poor film-forming capability results in the formation of the porous structure with dense, homogeneous island morphology. Then the TiO2 porous films with dense pores can be obtained after two coating-dissolving cycles.
结果表明,TiO2溶胶与苯丙乳液混合后,陈化时间的延长有利于TiO2胶粒通过静电、氢键作用在苯丙乳液粒子表面形成吸附层,从而改变涂膜液的成膜性,形成较为密集、且均匀分布的岛状多孔结构,在此基础上经两次涂膜,即可获得具有致密孔洞的TiO2多孔薄膜。
