The performace of material was tested by DSC,XRD,SEM,EIS and charge-discharge cycles . The influences of various synthesized condition , sintering time and the amount of F were studied and correlative technics parameter to improve performance of material were optimized. DSC shows that three endotherimc peaks and one large exothermic peak are observed in the temperature range 150-400℃, which is because of the removal of water,the decomposition of the organic constituents and the formation of spinel. Only the citrate precursor is sintered at least 450℃, the crystallinity of spinel phase could be formed intactly.

Hybrid mesoporous molecular sieve materials with hexagonal mesoporous structure and covalent bonded polyoxometalates were synthesized based on tetraethoxysilane anti lacunary polyoxometalate, SiW11, via sol-gel method in the presence of triblock copolymers P123 as the structure-directing agent. The influences of molar ratio of inorganic precursors and aging temperature on the structure and the loadings of SiW11 in the hybrid materials were investigated. Some reaction details in the synthesis were revealed.

Results are summarized as follows:(1) The absorption property of CdSe nanoparticle colloid under magnetic field was investigated by magnetic circular dichroism measurement, which proved the discrete energy states in CdSe nanoparticles due to size confinement effects.(2) Aggregation of small nanoparticles was usually observed under HRTEM measurements. In order to obtain HRTEM images of well dispersed particles, surfactant molecules were assembled on the surfaces of mercapto acetate stabilized CdSe nanoparticles.
