Ecological water use of marsh can be ascertained according to ecological pondage and ecological water requirement, and the suitable quantity can be calculated basing on the marsh's water condition and the total water quantity, insuring that the pondage changes reasonably in spatial and temporal scale, so that the rational water allocation can be achieved.

实际用水配置中应以湿地系统的自然条件为基础，考虑生态功能需要，根据实际水资源丰枯情况，确定合理的补水规模，保证湿地储水量在时空尺度上合理变化，实现水资源的合理配置。

With the analytic hierarchy process, the reasons of deterioration and the measurers of restoration are given.
