Basic ant colony algorithms are intelligentized. Based on the intelligentized algorithms and Matlab, simulation regarding optimization of benzene-toluene flash vaporization process is made. The simulation result shows that the amount of benzene in vapor phase product reaches the maximum on the condition of effective adjustment of temperature, pressure and diffluence coefficient and the production process is optimized.
