In Chapter 5,the pyrolysis of substituted six-membered ring model compound 4-methyl pyridine has been investigated.Instead of detail theoretical analysis of the reaction mechanism,the general results have been proposed from the products distribution and the combination of the pyrolysis investigation of its analogous pyridine.The major products are H_2,C_2H_2,C_4H_2,C_3H_3N and HCN,here HCN is not a primary initial product at low extent of decomposition.The mole fraction profiles of products have been obtained from the near threshold ionization.The pyrolysis of 4-methyl pyridine is initiated from the methyl abstraction and hydrogen abstraction procedures which are associated with the understanding of the soot formation and the NOX precursor correspondingly.

主要产物为H_2，C_2H_2，C_4H_2，C_3H_3N和HCN，其中HCN为非低温时的热解产物；通过近阈值电离并导出物种随温度变化的摩尔分数曲线，更详细地定量地描述了产物随温度的变化。4-甲基吡啶热解主要从母体脱甲基和脱氢两个初始反应出发，一种趋势是形成大质量数的苯并或杂环的多环化合物，有助于了解炭黑形成过程中的复杂化学过程；另一趋势是开环生成小的碳氢和腈类物质，实验得出的含氮物质的种类及随温度变化有助于了解NO_x的前驱物质的形成及其变化规律。

The computational formula of dew point temperature was presented according to the physical feature of water vapor such as Michell's saturated water vapour pressure formula. Surface temperature inside wall body was also calculated. Then the comparison between them verified whether wall body has dew. 本文采用动态力学分析法，使用NEZSCH公司生产的DMA242型实验仪，获得了11种胎面胶的DMA温度曲线，从炭黑和生胶配比变化两方面，分组对不同系列的胎面胶的储能模量—温度曲线和损耗因子—温度曲线进行了分析比较，并参照1#胶料，对11种胎面胶—10℃～10℃和50℃～80℃的tanδ进行比较，讨论了炭黑及SBR1502/SBR1712/BR9000并用比的改变对胎面胶滚动阻力、湿抓着力的影响；在动态力学分析实验的基础上，还获得了11种胎面胶的生热率曲线，并分组进行了比较，研究了配方与生热率的关系。

The results show that the amorphous PLGA fiber with porous structure (0.1-1.0 μm) is obtained by diluted solvent spinning method and the mechanical properties is affected by pressure and temperature. Bending strength and shearing strength of the samples increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of molding temperature and pressure. While the molding temperature is 160℃and the pressure is 105MPa, the PLGA materials possess optimal mechanical properties, bending strength, shearing strength and bending modulus 187.3 MPa, 100.0 MPa and 2.5 GPa, respectively. The mild temperature molding PLGA materials are desired to play a grate role in non-bearing internal fixation devices.

研究结果表明：非晶多孔结构的PLGA纤维可通过溶液沉析纺丝的方法获得，其孔径为0.1~1.0μm；压制压力和压制温度对材料的力学性能影响较大，材料的抗弯强度、剪切强度和抗弯模量均随着温度和压力的增大而先增大后降低；在压制压力为105MPa，压制温度为160℃时，试样的力学性能比较理想，此时，其抗弯强度可达到187.3MPa，剪切强度达到100.1MPa，抗弯模量达到2.5GPa，可望作为非承重部位骨折愈合内固定材料。
